The Engineering Team Lead is an engineering management position responsible for providing technical engineering oversight and design team management for engineering projects for which they are assigned. This technical management role is responsible for financial, resource allocation, logistic and technical leadership of projects and has the capability to mentor and train staff under their supervision.
Manage all aspects of project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and project meeting minutes. Supervise and direct overall project activities as assigned by the Head of Programs including but not limited to planning and coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, ensuring all company/project policies, procedures and standards are maintained and consistent. Project activities may include the following based on competency and bandwidth to perform:
Maintaining change order, submittal, and document (drawing) control logs; prepare required logs and other project documentation for construction meetings.
Creating contract submittals that are accurate and timely for submission review.
Creating and issuing the Subcontractors' contracts.
Creating and timely delivering Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
Monitoring the project quality control plan to ensure it is being followed and documented issues are being identified for corrective action.
Coordinates with Subcontractors to make certain that we have obtained the correct documentation and drawing for the Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
Ensure the Warranty Log is up to date.

The Engineering Team Lead is an engineering management position responsible for providing technical engineering oversight and design team management for engineering projects for which they are assigned. This technical management role is responsible for financial, resource allocation, logistic and technical leadership of projects and has the capability to mentor and train staff under their supervision.
Manage all aspects of project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and project meeting minutes. Supervise and direct overall project activities as assigned by the Head of Programs including but not limited to planning and coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, ensuring all company/project policies, procedures and standards are maintained and consistent. Project activities may include the following based on competency and bandwidth to perform:
Maintaining change order, submittal, and document (drawing) control logs; prepare required logs and other project documentation for construction meetings.
Creating contract submittals that are accurate and timely for submission review.
Creating and issuing the Subcontractors' contracts.
Creating and timely delivering Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
Monitoring the project quality control plan to ensure it is being followed and documented issues are being identified for corrective action.
Coordinates with Subcontractors to make certain that we have obtained the correct documentation and drawing for the Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
Ensure the Warranty Log is up to date.
Represent company/project in meetings with client, subcontractors, etc.
Cooperate with and technically assist field personnel assigned to area of responsibility.
Monitor other contractors' activities and progress.

The Data Center Senior Engineering Team Lead is an advanced-level engineering management position responsible for overseeing larger or more complex Data Center projects work and may oversee several Engineering Team Leads on an ongoing basis. The Engineering Senior Team Lead will possess engineering management skills for resource allocation, workflow, work planning, fee estimating and independent QA/QC of Design teamwork in addition to advanced technical competence.
Possess the ability to understand project requirements and develop a design fee for the work requested in the design of state-of-the-art AI Data Centers.

Preference to PE license, data center experience is also critical. Preferably large scale projects, but open to exposure to fitout work (3-4MW+ per data module)

The Engineering Senior Team Lead will possess engineering management skills for resource allocation, workflow, work planning, fee estimating and independent QA/QC of Design teamwork in addition to advanced technical competence.

Advanced knowledge of equipment and system testing and commissioning.
The ability to analyze and resolve technically complex engineering problems.
The ability to oversee and review Electrical System Studies such as: Short Circuit, Overcurrent Protection, Arc Flash, Voltage Drop/Droop, and Underground Thermal Calculations.
The ability to develop a complete and accurate sequence of operations for automated systems.
Knowledge of electrical construction techniques and workflow sufficient to understand how design packages will be built.
Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position

The Lead Estimator manages a group of Sr. Estimators and Estimators to ensure all estimates under supervision are complete and meet all expectations. The Lead Estimator is responsible for planning, preparing, and completing bid/submittal documents and cost estimates for electrical construction projects.
Work with senior estimators to create an execution plan, prepare the estimate from quantity take-off on the project, and complete the estimate to computer printout.
Identify parts of the project that may be key to making a competitive estimate and evaluate possible areas for potential value engineering cost savings.
Review proposal specifications, and drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings to determine the scope of work and required contents of the estimate.
Provide leadership to personnel and ensure the process and procedures are followed and met.
Review labor productivity and (installation unit costs where applicable) based on projected site conditions and historical data.
Review quotes for completeness and conformance with plans and specs.
Responsible for the timely completion of all client-required documents.
Review scope/proposal letters for bid and negotiated projects.
Prior to the issuing of the formal bid package, provide the Chief Estimator with a detailed review of the scope, technical requirements, and pricing for the estimated bid package.

The Lead Estimator manages a group of Sr. Estimators and Estimators to ensure all estimates under supervision are complete and meet all expectations. The Lead Estimator is responsible for planning, preparing, and completing bid/submittal documents and cost estimates for electrical construction projects.
Work with senior estimators to create an execution plan, prepare the estimate from quantity take-off on the project, and complete the estimate to computer printout.
Identify parts of the project that may be key to making a competitive estimate and evaluate possible areas for potential value engineering cost savings.
Review proposal specifications, and drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings to determine the scope of work and required contents of the estimate.
Provide leadership to personnel and ensure the process and procedures are followed and met.
Review labor productivity and (installation unit costs where applicable) based on projected site conditions and historical data.
Review quotes for completeness and conformance with plans and specs.
Responsible for the timely completion of all client-required documents.
Review scope/proposal letters for bid and negotiated projects.
Prior to the issuing of the formal bid package, provide the Chief Estimator with a detailed review of the scope, technical requirements, and pricing for the estimated bid package.
After the successful bid at project turnover, meet with the Project Management departments to fully explain the job scope, potential areas of attention, and other aspects for the successful transition of the project.

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field
Minimum 10+ years' estimating, or other relevant experience in closing constructions estimates
Experience in Accubid Enterprise, Livecount and Bluebeam preferred
Experience in CAD or 3D software preferred

The Engineering Program Manager is responsible for managing project budgets, projecting, and tracking resource needs, identifying variances in scope, and assisting in taking corrective actions so that each project meets its target margins and customer satisfaction goals.
Work with the Director, Engineering Team Lead and/or the design, integration, analytics lead to assess scope of work, schedule, deliverables, and resources necessary to successfully complete a project successfully.
Assist in the preparation of a complete estimate for pursuits and new projects. Track the proposal status.
Provide overall business management support for multiple projects simultaneously .
Gather fundamental new project information (project name, project #, division, Team Lead, EOR, budget, PM, Superintendent/GF, BIM Manager (if applicable), schedule, deliverables. Distribute this new project information to the appropriate individuals and/or group.
Set up new projects with trackers for budgets, action items, current project and task code spreadsheets, manpower projections, and request access to necessary program(s).
Coordinate with the project PM and cost accounting to assure designated task codes for a project are available, funded appropriately, are incorporated into the Oracle project budgets and are available and chargeable in Kronos.
Ensure that everyone is cognizant of the project timeline and schedule to ensure on time completion of project deliverables. This includes regular reminders as due dates get closer.
Coordinate with Team Leads to prepare and submit change orders (ECNs) completely and in a timely manner. Validate and document customer acceptance and status of change orders.
Request generation of or renaming of task codes for approved ECNs and ensure task codes and funding are incorporated into the Oracle project budgets. Track ECN status, budget, and funding. Maintain and submit project EPCO Logs with ECNs to executive administrator as necessary.
Maintain and submit weekly/bi-weekly, Project Budget Tracking Reports to project leads to include project metrics such as, expense versus budget, labor versus budget, and progress of project versus the timeline.
Update resource projections continuously. Distribute to team several times monthly prior to the Directors Monthly Resource Review meeting. Post monthly Master on Engineering Sharepoint site.
Schedule and facilitate weekly project meetings, biweekly team meetings and quarterly team meetings and additional meetings as requested.
Assist in the hiring process to track approved candidates through management process, HR process, and IT process and assure speedy hiring and that all equipment and software is ready for employees first day.
Assist in onboarding new hires by acclimating them to our group, engineering and Rosendin (Kronos, expense reports, Rosendin travel requirements, Concur, requesting p-cards, team calendar(s), team roster and org chart, Eng. Org chart, office logistics, etc.).

The Engineer II is a mid-level engineering position responsible for providing technical engineering information and support to the senior engineers to ensure that projects comply with the project requirements and all engineering standards, applicable codes, and specifications. Knowledge of various electrical engineering concepts, including power distribution, lighting, grounding, energy conservation, and value engineering related to designing state-of-the-art, constructible projects.
Oversee junior engineers, designers, and staff assigned to your work or team. In this instance, an Engineer II would feel comfortable and capable of leading projects of limited scope.
Review, comment, and process equipment and system submittals in coordination with the Engineer of Record.
Generate electrical specifications appropriate for the project.
Develop a complete and accurate sequence of operations for all designed systems.
Working knowledge of equipment and system testing and commissioning.
Perform process coordination between architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and all electrical trades.
Prepare designs, check, and specify power, lighting, and auxiliary systems.

The Senior Supplier Quality Surveillance Engineer is responsible supporting Procurement in the implementation and execution of Procurement Supplier Quality Inspections and audits.
Perform quality assurance and quality control shop inspections and audits to ensure critical materials and engineered equipment purchased meet or exceed our customer's and contract quality and workmanship expectations
The Inspector will assist in ensuring the subcontracts or corporate agreements for good and services meet Rosendin Procurement quality standards and customer's expectations
Require a working understanding of Rosendin electrical equipment and materials related to fabrication, testing, and functionality
Be able to read and understand equipment specifications, drawings, provide
feedback in regard to recommended supplier testing and inspections
Report to management and Project personnel about manufacturing problems, and
assist in identifying and correcting these problems
Communicate inspection and audit results, both verbally and written, and recommend
necessary corrective actions
Have a thorough knowledge of Procurement quality procedures, documents, and
reporting structures
Assist Rosendin Procurement in Supplier/Subcontractor prequalification by providing
input on the fabricator's quality program by performing supplier audits/assessments.
Provide support to Divisions and projects in overseeing fabricator and subcontractor
quality as needed
Review Supplier/Subcontractor Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and assist in developing corrective action plans. Coordinate with Quality Managers to approve final disposition and sign off

Provide input to Rosendin Procurement in rating the overall quality performance of
suppliers and subcontractors
Highly skilled and experienced in written and verbal communications to include
leading pre-fabrication meetings, creating pre-fabrication checklists, writing

The Senior Supplier Quality Surveillance Engineer is responsible supporting Procurement in the implementation and execution of Procurement Supplier Quality Inspections and audits.
Perform quality assurance and quality control shop inspections and audits to ensure critical materials and engineered equipment purchased meet or exceed our customer's and contract quality and workmanship expectations
The Inspector will assist in ensuring the subcontracts or corporate agreements for good and services meet Rosendin Procurement quality standards and customer's expectations
Require a working understanding of Rosendin electrical equipment and materials related to fabrication, testing, and functionality
Be able to read and understand equipment specifications, drawings, provide
feedback in regard to recommended supplier testing and inspections
Report to management and Project personnel about manufacturing problems, and
assist in identifying and correcting these problems
Communicate inspection and audit results, both verbally and written, and recommend
necessary corrective actions
Have a thorough knowledge of Procurement quality procedures, documents, and
reporting structures
Assist Rosendin Procurement in Supplier/Subcontractor prequalification by providing
input on the fabricator's quality program by performing supplier audits/assessments.
Provide support to Divisions and projects in overseeing fabricator and subcontractor
quality as needed
Review Supplier/Subcontractor Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and assist in developing corrective action plans. Coordinate with Quality Managers to approve final disposition and sign off
NCR's
Provide input to Rosendin Procurement in rating the overall quality performance of
suppliers and subcontractors
Highly skilled and experienced in written and verbal communications to include
leading pre-fabrication meetings, creating pre-fabrication checklists, writing
inspection/audit reports
Perform other duties as assigned
Broad working knowledge of all design/craft disciplines and engineered equipment/materials associated with renewable energy and electrical projects and must be familiar with their special processes, inspection, and testing techniques
Broad working knowledge of the following:
Transformers: Power (oil filled and dry type), Distribution ( LV dry-type), and Isolation
Switchgear: MV/LV switchgear, metal-clad, metal-enclosed, gas insulated (GIS, Busway, Panelboards, Circuit breakers
UPS: static switches, PDU, Inverters
Generators
BESS and PV inverter modules
Wire and cable: DC feeder, MV cable, MCM, Wire harness,
Must be familiar with electrical procurement and vendor surveillance procedures as well as working knowledge of construction industry codes and standards related to the manufacture and testing of electrical components/systems such as IEEE, IECC, NEC, NFPA, NESC, IBC, IFC, etc.)
Be detail-oriented
Effective time management and organizational skills,
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, and
Must be team player but able to work independently, to meet intense deadlines, goals and objectives
7+ years of professional supplier experience
5+ years of professional supplier quality experience and 2-year associate's degree in electrical technology
3+ years of professional supplier quality experience and 4-year bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
API SIEE Certification preferred
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification preferred
TRAVEL:
The position may require up to 85% travel and may require occasional travel outside of the USA

The Director of Engineering - Data Centers is a key leadership role responsible for guiding regional engineering strategy, operations, and performance. This leader will oversee engineering teams delivering state‑of‑the‑art data center designs-including next‑generation AI‑focused facilities. In partnership with senior leadership, this role influences strategic direction, operational planning, and overall engineering excellence. Provide input on strategic decision making and processes to the VP, Engineering and other Directors and Officers.
Reports directly to the Senior Director or Vice President, Engineering and participate in senior manager planning including engineering, detailing/modeling and principal engineering (non-production or not design related) work for the firm.
Develops and oversees the Engineering operation in their region of responsibility..Candidate is able to anticipate, plan and map group, team and staff skills to the work
Recruit train and deploy staff throughout their region of responsibility.
Responsible for the HR and budgetary oversight for the Regional Engineering group.
Ability to develop proposals and meet, present and secure work on behalf of the firm either alone or in concert with of others in the firm.
Directs preliminary engineering activities, such as the project development, programming or schematic design phase of work, when needed with a focus on large value or high risk work.

Has the ability to maintain external customer relationships throughout the term of the relationship or project.

Registration as a licensed US-based Professional Engineer (P.E.) is required for this position.
