The Engineering Team Lead is an engineering management position responsible for providing technical engineering oversight and design team management for engineering projects for which they are assigned. This technical management role is responsible for financial, resource allocation, logistic and technical leadership of projects and has the capability to mentor and train staff under their supervision.
Possess the ability to understand project requirements and develop a design fee for the work requested.
Prepare and oversee work plans for engineering and production resources.
Oversee Engineers, Designers and Modeling staff assigned to team or project work.
Ability to communicate with Project Manager (PM) or Executive regarding effort required to accomplish an expected deliverables and project support.This may include developing requests for additional services for submittal to the PM or Owner.

The Engineering Team Lead is an engineering management position responsible for providing technical engineering oversight and design team management for engineering projects for which they are assigned. This technical management role is responsible for financial, resource allocation, logistic and technical leadership of projects and has the capability to mentor and train staff under their supervision.

Senior-level leader with expertise in managing large-scale transit and rail infrastructure projects. Responsible for strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and successful delivery of complex transportation initiatives. Oversees project budgets, schedules, and compliance with regulatory standards while ensuring safety and quality. Senior-level leader with expertise in managing large-scale transit and rail infrastructure projects. Responsible for strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and successful delivery of complex transportation initiatives. Oversees project budgets, schedules, and compliance with regulatory standards while ensuring safety and quality. Builds strong partnerships with public agencies, contractors, and engineering teams to drive operational excellence and innovation.
Lead multi-million-dollar transit and rail projects from concept through completion.
Actively manage the workload, professional development, and client development skills of project management staff.
Promote positive customer relations by dealing professionally and fairly with all contractors, subcontractors and vendors, and continually instilling this philosophy in the project team with regard to safety, quality, customer service and profitability.
Initiate, execute, and document a quality job start-up meeting for your project(s).
Manage and maintain "Strategic Partner" subcontractor and vendor relationships, including verification of timely payment.
Perform monthly project reviews with project teams to ensure adherence to schedules, quality of work, safety, administration and profitability.
Analyze available and qualified personnel and make specific project assignments to meet project needs.
Assist the PMs and Superintendents with resolution of specific issues and requests.
Manage customer relations and change order negotiations.
Represent company/project in meetings with client, subcontractors, etc.

As an Estimator III at Rosendin, you will be a crucial member of our Renewables Pre-Construction team. You will be responsible for leading the estimation process for renewable energy projects, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and profitability.
Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other technical documents to understand project requirements and scope.
Identify project risks and collaborate with the overall project team to determine mitigation strategies.
Identify missing information in owner documents and prepare RFIs.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to gather necessary information for cost estimation.
Identify areas of potential areas of value engineering for review with Senior Estimators, Engineering, and Project Managers.
Utilize industry-standard estimating software and tools to develop detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
Research and evaluate vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing for project components.
Coordinate with other estimating discipline leads to compile a complete estimate package.
Participate in bid review meetings and assist in the preparation of bid proposals.
Conduct value engineering exercises to optimize project costs while maintaining quality and performance standards.
Assist the negotiations team by providing required information to support the negotiation process.
Prior to the issuing of the formal bid package, provide the Senior Estimator with a detailed review of scope, technical requirements, and pricing for the estimated bid package for their approval.
Create accurate proposal letters based upon the estimate for review and editing by the greater project team.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and pricing fluctuations to ensure competitiveness in bids.
Provide support to senior estimators and contribute to departmental initiatives to improve estimating processes and procedures.

As an Estimator III at Rosendin, you will be a crucial member of our Renewables Pre-Construction team. You will be responsible for leading the estimation process for renewable energy projects, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and profitability.
Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other technical documents to understand project requirements and scope.
Identify project risks and collaborate with the overall project team to determine mitigation strategies.
Identify missing information in owner documents and prepare RFIs.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to gather necessary information for cost estimation.
Identify areas of potential areas of value engineering for review with Senior Estimators, Engineering, and Project Managers.
Utilize industry-standard estimating software and tools to develop detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
Research and evaluate vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing for project components.
Coordinate with other estimating discipline leads to compile a complete estimate package.
Participate in bid review meetings and assist in the preparation of bid proposals.
Conduct value engineering exercises to optimize project costs while maintaining quality and performance standards.
Assist the negotiations team by providing required information to support the negotiation process.
Prior to the issuing of the formal bid package, provide the Senior Estimator with a detailed review of scope, technical requirements, and pricing for the estimated bid package for their approval.
Create accurate proposal letters based upon the estimate for review and editing by the greater project team.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and pricing fluctuations to ensure competitiveness in bids.
Provide support to senior estimators and contribute to departmental initiatives to improve estimating processes and procedures.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior estimators, supporting their professional development and growth within the company.
Good knowledge of assigned discipline, construction technology, and estimating techniques.
Interpret computerized cost data and systems.
Perform arithmetic calculations required for estimating.
Read and interpret blueprints and/or engineering design drawings.

The Pre-Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and development of Electrical project opportunities from concept through project award. This role bridges the gap between estimating, engineering, and operations - ensuring accurate budgets, constructible designs, and seamless project hand-offs. The Pre-Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and development of Electrical project opportunities from concept through project award. This role bridges the gap between estimating, engineering, and operations - ensuring accurate budgets, constructible designs, and seamless project hand-offs. The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge of electrical systems with strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Lead the pre-construction process for large and complex electrical projects, including conceptual budgeting, design-assist, and design-build efforts
Maintain thorough project details list that describes the project "trail."
Conduct project risk analysis, identify scope gaps, and develop mitigation strategies.
Understand company\'s philosophy and systems.

YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:
The Project Manager I is a mid-level electrical project management professional responsible for leading healthcare-related projects from initial planning through final completion, ensuring strict compliance with healthcare facility standards and delivering exceptional client service. This role provides comprehensive project management support for multiple small to medium electrical projects-or one large, complex healthcare project-while partnering closely with senior project management. The Project Manager I coordinates electrical scopes, oversees scheduling and budgeting, and maintains seamless communication with clients, subcontractors, and healthcare facility stakeholders to ensure safe, code‑compliant, and high‑quality project outcomes.
Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager and/or Division Manager.
Supervise and direct project activities, including assigning tasks to Assistant Project Managers, planning, coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, and maintaining all company/project policies, procedures, standards, etc.
Provide project management expertise to establish initial client contact. This will include the assessment of the scope of work, schedule, and resources necessary to complete a project successfully.
Responsible for preparing a complete estimate for the selected project with a detailed review of plans, specifications, and bid form.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within the guidelines of corporate policies.
Supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project. Negotiate all change orders on the project.
Monitor construction activities with the onsite Foreman and Area Superintendent to ensure the project is built on schedule and within budget.

Supervise the preparation of all change quotations for presentation to the prime client and assist in negotiating all change quotations to a conclusion.
Prepare monthly costing reports under the supervision of a Senior PM or Division Manager.

YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:
The Project Manager I is a mid-level electrical project management professional responsible for leading healthcare-related projects from initial planning through final completion, ensuring strict compliance with healthcare facility standards and delivering exceptional client service. This role provides comprehensive project management support for multiple small to medium electrical projects-or one large, complex healthcare project-while partnering closely with senior project management. The Project Manager I coordinates electrical scopes, oversees scheduling and budgeting, and maintains seamless communication with clients, subcontractors, and healthcare facility stakeholders to ensure safe, code‑compliant, and high‑quality project outcomes.
Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager and/or Division Manager.
Supervise and direct project activities, including assigning tasks to Assistant Project Managers, planning, coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, and maintaining all company/project policies, procedures, standards, etc.
Provide project management expertise to establish initial client contact. This will include the assessment of the scope of work, schedule, and resources necessary to complete a project successfully.
Responsible for preparing a complete estimate for the selected project with a detailed review of plans, specifications, and bid form.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within the guidelines of corporate policies.
Supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project. Negotiate all change orders on the project.
Monitor construction activities with the onsite Foreman and Area Superintendent to ensure the project is built on schedule and within budget.
Investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures within company guidelines and under supervision.
Supervise the preparation of all change quotations for presentation to the prime client and assist in negotiating all change quotations to a conclusion.
Prepare monthly costing reports under the supervision of a Senior PM or Division Manager.
Manage financial aspects of contracts (progress billing, rental equipment, income/expenses) to protect the company's interest and simultaneously maintain good relationships with the client.
Review any documentation prepared by Assistant Project Manager before submission.
Represent the company in project meetings under the guidance of PM II or Sr. Project Manager.

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or other related discipline preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry in a Project Management role
Can be a combination of training, education, and relevant work experience
