YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

Integration Designer I/II is responsible for creating construction drawings and documents to show
equipment and device interconnections and settings. This position receives direction from the BIM
Manager for graphic standards and layout. This position requires continuous dotted-line supervision by a
Designer III, an Engineer, the Engineer of Record, the Engineering Team Lead, or the Director of
Engineering.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Produce integration drawings following engineer's markups AutoCAD and/or Revit.

  • Plan, update and manage contract drawings and submittals and perform document control tasks as

  • needed across multiple file sharing platforms (Dropbox, Box, Procore, Autodesk Acc etc.).

  • Become familiar with manufacturer submittals for electrical characteristics and able to identify, extract

  • and perform data entry from one format to another.

  • Produce spreadsheet or database based termination binder following engineer's direction.

  • Plan, Gather and Track office supplies to Print, Organize, and Create drawing and construction

  • document binders.

  • Perform additional assignments per the supervisor's direction and training plan.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • This entry-level role will be expected to learn and develop competency in the Essential Duties & Responsibilities.

  • Minimum Education Requirement: High School diploma.

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:

  • Organized and Detail oriented and able to follow established process and schedule

  • AutoCAD or Revit, Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet

  • Document control software is a plus (CxAlloy, Prolog, ACC Build, etc.) and Bluebeam.

  • Work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements positively.

  • Effective oral and written communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and an effective team player.

  • Interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, management and staff, vendors,

  • clients, and others.

TRAVEL:

  • Up to 0% (Does not include local field visits)

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning

  • Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.

  • Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
