The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting Rosendin's proposals, lead pre-qualification, and CRM administration. Skilled at organizing complex project libraries and coordinating cross-functional efforts. Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality technical assets that support the broader Company goals.
Lead pre-qualification submissions and support pursuit teams with technical and non-technical proposal materials.
Maintains library of standard company and department assets and project files
Maintain internal databases, conduct data entry and support data integrity for Company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

The HSE Specialist I is an entry-level professional safety position. It is a field-based position and supports the implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs by collaborating with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and customer representatives. Assists in site inspections, hazard identification, incident investigations, training, and compliance documentation to promote a safe work environment. The HSE Specialist I is an entry-level professional safety position. It is a field-based position and supports the implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs by collaborating with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and customer representatives. Assists in site inspections, hazard identification, incident investigations, training, and compliance documentation to promote a safe work environment. Contributes to planning, audits, and safety initiatives to align with company and regulatory standards.

YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our project execution team for large-scale utility solar, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and substation projects. This role is critical in ensuring design integrity, construction quality, and adherence to engineering standards from initial execution through project closeout. The Civil Engineer will work closely with design teams, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of all civil and mechanical scope elements.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Prepare site constraints maps based on project entitlement and technical documents such as land surveys, hydrology/hydraulics reports, environmental constraints, geotechnical limitations, and client requests.
Review project technical documents including geotechnical reports, environmental reports, ALTA and topo surveys, hydrology reports, etc. and document trouble areas for review by project stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of civil construction as-built drawings and project close out deliverables.
Conduct site visits to perform observations of ongoing construction of PV, Substation and BESS systems for general conformance with construction documents.
Construction Oversight - Monitor and verify that civil and mechanical subcontractors are executing work in full compliance with approved plans, specifications, and engineering standards.
Design Oversight - Provide technical review and feedback during execution to maintain design intent and identify potential constructability issues.
As-Built Verification - Confirm accuracy of as-built documentation by performing plan-to-field overlays and coordinating with survey teams.
Boundary Verification - Confirm and vet project boundaries through document review, field verification, and coordination with surveyors and design teams.
Topographic and Grade Verification - Review and validate topographic surveys, existing grades (EG), finished grades (FG), and top-of-post designs/elevations to ensure accuracy prior to and during construction.
Stakeholder Coordination - Collaborate with internal engineering, project management, and quality teams to resolve discrepancies between design and field conditions.
Quality Control - Support field quality inspections and testing to verify compliance with civil design standards.
Documentation & Reporting - Maintain detailed project records, progress updates, and technical reports for project leadership and client review.

YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our project execution team for large-scale utility solar, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and substation projects. This role is critical in ensuring design integrity, construction quality, and adherence to engineering standards from initial execution through project closeout. The Civil Engineer will work closely with design teams, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of all civil and mechanical scope elements.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Prepare site constraints maps based on project entitlement and technical documents such as land surveys, hydrology/hydraulics reports, environmental constraints, geotechnical limitations, and client requests.
Review project technical documents including geotechnical reports, environmental reports, ALTA and topo surveys, hydrology reports, etc. and document trouble areas for review by project stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of civil construction as-built drawings and project close out deliverables.
Conduct site visits to perform observations of ongoing construction of PV, Substation and BESS systems for general conformance with construction documents.
Construction Oversight - Monitor and verify that civil and mechanical subcontractors are executing work in full compliance with approved plans, specifications, and engineering standards.
Design Oversight - Provide technical review and feedback during execution to maintain design intent and identify potential constructability issues.
As-Built Verification - Confirm accuracy of as-built documentation by performing plan-to-field overlays and coordinating with survey teams.
Boundary Verification - Confirm and vet project boundaries through document review, field verification, and coordination with surveyors and design teams.
Topographic and Grade Verification - Review and validate topographic surveys, existing grades (EG), finished grades (FG), and top-of-post designs/elevations to ensure accuracy prior to and during construction.
Stakeholder Coordination - Collaborate with internal engineering, project management, and quality teams to resolve discrepancies between design and field conditions.
Quality Control - Support field quality inspections and testing to verify compliance with civil design standards.
Documentation & Reporting - Maintain detailed project records, progress updates, and technical reports for project leadership and client review.
The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing and other duties will be assigned based on the position's role within the business unit.
COMPETENCIES:
Strong knowledge of site grading, drainage, foundations, and utility layouts.
Ability to read, interpret, and validate civil and mechanical design drawings.
Strong understanding of survey control, topographic data, and elevation benchmarks.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Working knowledge of hydrology and hydraulics and calculations for stormwater.
Understanding of grading design for drainage, earthwork, and system grading criteria.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Proficiency with CAD, Civil 3D, and survey data review.
Proficient using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
QGIS or ArcGIS Pro experience.
Experience with industry typical stormwater software such as HydroCAD or similar software.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary.

The Category Manager will develop and implement procurement category strategies for critical equipment, gear, commodities, lighting or other spend categories as assigned, which are in alignment with Projects objectives for cost, quality, and schedule. You'll bring your experience from the electrical construction industry in areas such as Switchgear, Generators, Transformers and UPS's.
You'll be able to form, lead, and oversee teams of subject matter experts that will define and implement new or enhanced business or technology processes, initiatives, and projects to deliver added value within and outside of Procurement. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Pursue defined Category Management (CM) strategies to ensure competitive advantage for Rosendin and to position Rosendin as a market leader and preferred client of our key Vendors.
Incorporate business requirements into sourcing plans, RFPs, and category strategies.
Gather, interpret, and use complex data to develop actionable steps that will improve processes and optimize results to support category strategies.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for account management activities, including overseeing and managing client relationships, pipeline management, and closing contracts.
Prepare and execute ongoing business development action plan for specific target market(s) and projects as identified in the Divisional Business Plan.
Perform and manage research to identify and prioritize potential customers and projects that fall within the Divisional Business plan.
Take the lead on introductions and ongoing relationship management between external clients and internal leadership management team.
Serve as main liaison to prospective and current customers to ensure all needs are consistently met throughout the pre-construction process.
Assist with and coordinate per-construction activities throughout our sales process.
Populate and keep current the pipeline of project opportunities in our internal Customer Relationship Management system (CRM). Identify and track long term project pursuits (12 months+). Engage client stakeholders in discussions to identify as much intelligence as possible on projects ahead of internal Go/No-Go decisions

The Director of Procurement, Materials (West) is responsible for overall management of the execution of material contracts over multiple projects within the Mountain West and West regions reporting to the Vice President of Procurement. The Director is responsible for implementation and creation of material procurement processes and procedures, supporting project teams with procurement execution, acting as the corporate liaison to the project teams and operational leadership, while ensuring compliance with company and contractual obligations.
This position must have the ability to manage people and projects with cross-divisional teams across multiple regions to pursue growth or cost savings opportunities, while ensuring working with operating team members to develop and refine project management framework, coaching of teams, effectively changing the culture as required and supplanting it as needed with advanced methodologies.
Accountable for the competitive request for proposal (RFP) process for all materials to ensure the sourcing teams are pursuing the appropriate spend categories and negotiating the best overall value on behalf of Rosendin Electric (REI)

Oversee bid proposals, the creation of negotiation plans, and terms and conditions/commercial negotiations.

The Director of Procurement, Materials (West) is responsible for overall management of the execution of material contracts over multiple projects within the Mountain West and West regions reporting to the Vice President of Procurement. The Director is responsible for implementation and creation of material procurement processes and procedures, supporting project teams with procurement execution, acting as the corporate liaison to the project teams and operational leadership, while ensuring compliance with company and contractual obligations.
This position must have the ability to manage people and projects with cross-divisional teams across multiple regions to pursue growth or cost savings opportunities, while ensuring working with operating team members to develop and refine project management framework, coaching of teams, effectively changing the culture as required and supplanting it as needed with advanced methodologies.
Accountable for the competitive request for proposal (RFP) process for all materials to ensure the sourcing teams are pursuing the appropriate spend categories and negotiating the best overall value on behalf of Rosendin Electric (REI)
Identify and manage the internal/external metrics for our suppliers, procurement, and operations to establish a culture of continuous improvement on behalf of REI. Ensure proposed and implemented mitigation actions are appropriately addressing identified deficiency gaps.
Accountable for all material sourcing events, in collaboration with the Center of Excellence, to minimize operational disruption, mitigate supplier risks, and drive value to the REI bottom line
Oversee bid proposals, the creation of negotiation plans, and terms and conditions/commercial negotiations.
Ensure Operations receives the appropriate support required for the development of their project estimates based on material pricing and statement of work expertise
Manage and oversee the Enterprise database that is utilized by the Estimating department to quote material prices for future projects
Responsible for ensuring all recommend awards are in accordance with the approved decision model and Delegation of Authority and that adherence to procurement policies and procedures is strictly enforced.
Ensure you and your staff establish and maintain effective client relations to achieve active cooperation, team alignment, and stimulate the desire to award follow-on work. Accountable for monitoring and expeditiously addressing any client relationship concerns.
Act as strategic liaison between operations, suppliers, and manufacturers as necessary, and in alignment with VP of Procurement
Provide planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Interpret, communicate, and train operations personnel on procurement procedures, scope of work creation, and RFP execution
