Pre-construction design and development of the complete power system protection and control by deploying overcurrent protection relays, transformer and bus differential protection relays, and line differential protection relays, or PLC and RTAC for automatic transfer schemes.
Design and Develop site wide electrical distribution Sequence of Operation that ensures system reliability and resiliency.
Coordinate with utility, turbine power plant, Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) or a combination of all three!
Spec, evaluate, and review vendor or manufacturer's submittal and equipment to ensure they conform to the system design requirement.
Conduct vendor coordination meeting to ensure all systems and all equipment are working well with each other.
Design and develop mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical interlock systems.
Work with other internal teams to specify proper relaying with proper instrument transformers to ensure secure and dependable operation.
Design and develop system wide automation systems using PLC or RTAC style industrial
controllers, including but not limited to: System overload prevention, multipurpose busway
interlocks, load management systems, generator plant load curtailment systems, Gen plant
start and load controls including selective load pickup and load shed schemes, etc.
Design and develop relay protection and automation logics for SEL, ABB, Siemens or GE relays
Design and develop system protection and control architecture such as IEC61850, mirrored bit, protection interface, Modbus, DNP etc.
Provide power system failure analysis, Sequence of Event analysis and/or develop a metering / triggering system to ensure proper event capture for conducting such analysis.
Self-starting, avid learners on new technologies and products.

The HSE Specialist I is an entry-level professional safety position. It is a field-based position and supports the implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs by collaborating with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and customer representatives. The HSE Specialist I is an entry-level professional safety position. It is a field-based position and supports the implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs by collaborating with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and customer representatives. Assists in site inspections, hazard identification, incident investigations, training, and compliance documentation to promote a safe work environment. Contributes to planning, audits, and safety initiatives to align with company and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with internal teams, client representatives, regulatory agencies, and medical facilities to maintain effective working relationships.

The Project Controls Engineer serves as a core technical member of Rosendin's internal Project Controls Group (PCG). This role supports the Project Controls Lead and Project Controls Managers (PCMs) to ensure project scope, structure, and controls readiness meet enterprise standards. With a focus on auditing project setup, supporting scope definition, and enabling consistency in execution preparation, this role strengthens transparency and reduces startup risk on critical projects. Assist in the development and validation of WBS and task code structures aligned with company standards.
