The Senior HSE Manager is a Senior level position responsible for leading multiple teams and leaders of leaders. This position oversees the implantation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices across multiple project sites with an emphasis on leadership and team development. Other responsibilities include hazard identification, incident investigation, safety training, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. The HSE Manager I is a mid-level professional safety position. It is a field-based position and leads the implementation or Project Safety Plans, and oversight of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices. Responsibilities include plan development and implementation, hazard identification, incident investigation, safety training, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. The Project Manager I is a mid-level project management position responsible for overseeing projects from planning through completion and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering unparalleled service. Provides overall project management support for several small to medium projects or one large project supporting senior project management.
Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager and/or Division Manager.
Supervise and direct project activities, including assigning tasks to Assistant Project Managers, planning, coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, and maintaining all company/project policies, procedures, standards, etc.

The Assistant Project Manager is an entry-level project management position and is expected to learn and develop competency in the Essential Duties and Responsibilities. In addition, the APM is responsible for providing administrative and construction support for our Project Management team.
Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, (Return for Information), and meeting minutes.
Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager, including planning, coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, ensuring all company/project policies, procedures, and standards are maintained, etc.
Maintain change orders, submittal, and document (drawing) control logs. Prepare required logs and other project documentation for construction meetings.

The HSE Specialist I is an entry-level professional safety position. It is a field-based position and supports the implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs by collaborating with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and customer representatives. The HSE Specialist II is an experienced level professional safety position. It is a field-based position and supports the implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs by collaborating with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and customer representatives. Conducts or assists in site inspections hazard identification, incident investigations, training, and compliance documentation to promote a safe work environment. Contributes to planning, audits, and safety initiatives to align with company and regulatory standards and makes recommendations and addresses or elevates issues needing resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams, client representatives, regulatory agencies, and medical facilities to maintain effective working relationships.
Support and promote the company's safety program and local incident prevention initiatives to reduce risk behaviors.

The Senior Workforce Development Trainer supports employee growth by delivering training programs and workshops for both field and office staff. Topics typically include supervisory skills, work readiness, team collaboration, and communication. This role requires a strong understanding of business needs and subject matter expertise.
The Senior WFD Trainer monitors training effectiveness through performance outcomes and reports to a manager.
