Join our team as a Senior Project Manager where you will be responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome for several small to medium projects or one very large project. You will lead and manage a team of project managers, and assistant project managers to deliver exceptional results for our clients. The position proactively develops new business opportunities and relationships with current and potential customers.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policies. Put these in clear concise work statement for the field.
Effectively supervise a staff in the day to day administration of a job or supervise two or more Project Managers in their daily tasks.
Train and effectively supervise Project Managers in the company philosophy and systems
Negotiate and supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project

The HSE Manager I is a mid-level professional safety position. It is a field-based position and leads the implementation or Project Safety Plans, and oversight of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices. Responsibilities include plan development and implementation, hazard identification, incident investigation, safety training, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. The position also involves mentoring junior team members and collaborating with field leadership, subcontractors, and customers to maintain a safe and productive work environment. May act as a team lead for Non-Exempt safety employees.
Identify, document, and recommend corrective actions for hazardous conditions; ensure timely resolution.
Participate in pre-construction meetings and development of site-specific safety plans.
Deliver safety training based on program and personnel needs.
Lead injury and incident investigations; conduct analysis and share lessons learned.
Support pre-task planning and job site safety meetings.
Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure understanding and compliance with safety standards.
Coordinate with field leadership to identify training needs and high-risk activities.

Maintain immaculate training logs and compliance records using the established Learning Management System. Proactively schedule refresher certifications before expiration dates.
Evaluate effectiveness of safety training programs through feedback and metrics, recommending changes to programs and curriculum as required.

Responsibilities include plan development and implementation, hazard identification, incident investigation, safety training, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. May act as a team lead for Non-Exempt safety employees.
Identify, document, and recommend corrective actions for hazardous conditions; ensure timely resolution.
Participate in pre-construction meetings and development of site-specific safety plans.
Deliver safety training based on program and personnel needs.
Lead injury and incident investigations; conduct analysis and share lessons learned.
Support pre-task planning and job site safety meetings.
Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure understanding and compliance with safety standards.
Coordinate with field leadership to identify training needs and high-risk activities.
Ensure compliance with LOTO procedures and first-time energization protocols.
Review Step-by-Steps and Method of Procedures (MOPs).
Issue and monitor permits as required.
Interpret project one-line diagrams.
Apply NFPA 70E guidelines, including PPE and approach distances.
Maintain advanced knowledge of company HSE standards, programs, and goals.
Promote a safe and productive environment by reinforcing and demonstrating HSE standards across projects.
Lead and mentor junior safety team members.
Compile and analyze safety data; prepare reports in compliance with regulations.
Assist with emergency planning as needed.
Facilitate all levels of training for the workforce, supervisors, management staff, clients, etc.
Curriculum Design & Delivery: Author, update, and actively facilitate targeted safety training modules. This includes courses on NFPA 70E standards, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Arc Flash boundaries, energized electrical work permits, equipment use, competent person, and personal protective equipment (PPE) selection.
Field-Based "Toolbox Talks": Translate complex OSHA and National Electrical Code (NEC) rules into practical, punchy daily or weekly safety briefings. Deliver these directly to crews on active job sites to reinforce a safe work culture.
Onboarding & Apprenticeship Training: Spearhead the safety integration program for all incoming field staff, subcontractors, and apprentice electrical workers, validating their core competencies before they step onto an active deck.
Instructional Auditing: Evaluate field practices against trained protocols. Turn common site mistakes or near-misses into immediate, real-world "lessons learned" training modules.
Maintain immaculate training logs and compliance records using the established Learning Management System. Proactively schedule refresher certifications before expiration dates.
Evaluate effectiveness of safety training programs through feedback and metrics, recommending changes to programs and curriculum as required.

Technical Certifications: Highly prefer candidates holding a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Safety Manager (CSM), Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST), CIT or specialized Electrical Safety Compliance Professional (CESCP) credential.
Education: Bachelor\'s degree in occupational health and safety, Construction Management, or a related technical field. Equivalent field experience as a Licensed Journeyman Wireman with safety credentials will be strongly considered.

The Project Accountant is the lead person to support onsite project accounting. As an integral part of the Project team the Project Accountant will provide financial services to the Project including Contract review, Billings, Work-in-Place Reporting, Subcontractor and General Condition payments, and Cash Reporting. The Estimator I is a salaried, entry-level position that assists in preparing bid documents and cost estimates for electrical construction projects. The Estimator I has limited discretion to vary from established procedures when assembling construction costs by collecting and studying information to learn how to bid on a project. The Estimator I works under general supervision and provides overall support for several small to medium projects.
Review proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.
Receives instructions from senior-level estimators to review proposal specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work and requirements.
Using established procedures to prepare estimates by calculating the complete takeoff of the scope of work and entering them into the computer estimating system; review the estimate printout for accuracy and completeness.
Work with existing suppliers and subcontractors to solicit quotes and review quotes for completeness in relation to plans and specifications.
Work with senior-level estimators to provide the Lead Estimator,Estimating Manager, and/or Chief Estimator a detailed review of the scope, technical requirements, and pricing for the estimated bid package.
Contributes to the timely completion of all client-required documents.
Using existing templates to draft scope letter inclusions, exclusions, and clarifications for estimates.
Maintain files of working documents for backup to estimating assumptions and methodologies.

The Estimator I is a salaried, entry-level position that assists in preparing bid documents and cost estimates for electrical construction projects. The Estimator I has limited discretion to vary from established procedures when assembling construction costs by collecting and studying information to learn how to bid on a project. The Estimator I works under general supervision and provides overall support for several small to medium projects.
Review proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.
Receives instructions from senior-level estimators to review proposal specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work and requirements.
Using established procedures to prepare estimates by calculating the complete takeoff of the scope of work and entering them into the computer estimating system; review the estimate printout for accuracy and completeness.
Work with existing suppliers and subcontractors to solicit quotes and review quotes for completeness in relation to plans and specifications.
Work with senior-level estimators to provide the Lead Estimator,Estimating Manager, and/or Chief Estimator a detailed review of the scope, technical requirements, and pricing for the estimated bid package.
Contributes to the timely completion of all client-required documents.
Using existing templates to draft scope letter inclusions, exclusions, and clarifications for estimates.
Maintain files of working documents for backup to estimating assumptions and methodologies.
The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing and other duties will be assigned based on the position role within the business unit.
Advanced knowledge of the assigned discipline, construction technology, estimating techniques, and cost control
Interpret computerized cost data and electrical systems
Perform arithmetic calculations required for estimating
Read and interpret engineering design drawings, specifications, and front-end documents
Identify and meet customers' needs expectations and requirements
Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of specific variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
Work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
Oral and written communication skills as required for the position
Self-motivated and can work independently and as part of a team
Interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others
WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
0-2 years of experience in estimating commercial construction projects, preferably in electrical construction
Basic experience/exposure in Accubid estimating
Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience
Up to 10%

The HSE Specialist I is an entry-level professional safety position. It is a field-based position and supports the implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs by collaborating with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and customer representatives. The HSE Manager I is a mid-level professional safety position. It is a field-based position and leads the implementation or Project Safety Plans, and oversight of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices. Responsibilities include plan development and implementation, hazard identification, incident investigation, safety training, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. The position also involves mentoring junior team members and collaborating with field leadership, subcontractors, and customers to maintain a safe and productive work environment. May act as a team lead for Non-Exempt safety employees.
Identify, document, and recommend corrective actions for hazardous conditions; ensure timely resolution.
Participate in pre-construction meetings and development of site-specific safety plans.

The HSE Manager I is a mid-level professional safety position. It is a field-based position and leads the implementation or Project Safety Plans, and oversight of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices. Join our team as a Senior Project Manager where you will be responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome for several small to medium projects or one very large project. You will lead and manage a team of project managers, and assistant project managers to deliver exceptional results for our clients. The position proactively develops new business opportunities and relationships with current and potential customers.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policies. Put these in clear concise work statement for the field.
Effectively supervise a staff in the day to day administration of a job or supervise two or more Project Managers in their daily tasks.
Train and effectively supervise Project Managers in the company philosophy and systems
Negotiate and supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project
Maintain all logs required to track the progress of the project.
Train and effectively supervise a Project Assistant in the maintenance of project required tracking devices.
Maintain liaison with prime client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
Monitor construction activities in conjunction with the onsite Foreman and Area Superintendent to ensure project is being built on schedule, and within budgets
Investigate any potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures within company guidelines, and under supervision

Join our team as a Senior Project Manager where you will be responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome for several small to medium projects or one very large project. You will lead and manage a team of project managers, and assistant project managers to deliver exceptional results for our clients. The position proactively develops new business opportunities and relationships with current and potential customers.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policies. Put these in clear concise work statement for the field.
Effectively supervise a staff in the day to day administration of a job or supervise two or more Project Managers in their daily tasks.
Train and effectively supervise Project Managers in the company philosophy and systems
Negotiate and supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project
Maintain all logs required to track the progress of the project.
Train and effectively supervise a Project Assistant in the maintenance of project required tracking devices.
Maintain liaison with prime client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
