The Manager, Production Quality for Modular Power Solutions is a facility-based role responsible for quality assurance and validation of quality control throughout the full product lifecycle for modular enclosures and skid-mounted systems serving data center, mission-critical infrastructure, high-tech, and energy customers. This position owns the execution of project- and product-specific Quality Plans at the facility level and ensures that quality requirements are defined early, implemented consistently, and verified at each stage of design, procurement, fabrication, assembly, testing, and delivery. This role reports to and is functionally managed by the Regional Quality Manager, who provides the overarching Quality Management System (QMS), policies, and guidelines. The Manager, Production Quality is responsible for deploying, enforcing, and continuously improving these requirements locally while serving as the primary quality authority on-site.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Serve as the on-site quality authority, ensuring adherence to corporate and regional Quality Management Systems (QMS).

• Approve and maintain facility-level Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and all quality documentation.

• Establish and enforce quality hold points, witness points, and FAT readiness, with authority to stop work when quality, safety, or compliance risks arise.

• Lead quality assurance across the full product lifecycle, integrating quality into design reviews, procurement, manufacturing, and testing processes.

YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

The Project Manager I - MPS is a mid-level Project Management position responsible for managing smaller-scale projects, creating detailed project plans and collaborating on tasks with internal stakeholders members while tracking progress, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and monitoring the completion of projects timelines, within budget, while receiving guidance and mentorship from Head of Projects. The Project Manager I answer client queries, addresses technical and contract questions as well as identifying new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require travel.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.

• Review and thorough understand work orders and service agreements.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

• Earn trust amongst peers within account relationships.

• Create agenda and guide the Kickoff Meeting presentation to all stakeholders of the fulfillment team

• Manage multi-year forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. monthly sales results and annual forecasts)

• Manage ongoing customer's site requirements.

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management or other related discipline preferred.

• PMP license a plus

• experience in account management, preferably in industrialized construction role. Basic knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, Minimum 2 years' equipment and methods required.

• Business development/heavy client interaction a plus.

• Can be a combination of training, education and relevant work experience that is equivalent.

The Program Manager serves as the strategic interface between our programmatic level customers and the organization, guiding complex programs across the full product life cycle with clarity and accountability. Leveraging a strong engineering or estimating background-enhanced by experience in preconstruction or general contracting-they provide informed leadership on scope, pricing, and design decisions. YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

The Program Manager serves as the strategic interface between our programmatic level customers and the organization, guiding complex programs across the full product life cycle with clarity and accountability. Leveraging a strong engineering or estimating background-enhanced by experience in preconstruction or general contracting-they provide informed leadership on scope, pricing, and design decisions. The role oversees program forecasting, customer relationship stewardship, and change order governance to ensure disciplined execution and long‑term customer confidence. Deep familiarity with the data center industry further enables the Program Manager to anticipate market dynamics and deliver solutions aligned with customer and industry demands.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Serve as the main point of contact for programmatic level customers, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and exceptional service throughout the program life cycle.

• Maintain a deep understanding of pricing structures, design requirements, and project scope to support accurate planning and decision-making.

• Manage a team of project specific managers, as applicable, based on size and scope of the customer. Serve as point of escalation for project-specific challenges as needed.

• Manage multi-year forecast and track key account metrics

• Review, evaluate, and process change orders, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and customer expectations.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with a white glove service approach.

• Manage and present program metrics during customer business reviews.

• Partner with Customer Success team to identify growth opportunities within existing programs.

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:

• 8 years of experience required.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

• Mission Critical Experience required

• Advanced experience in account management, preferably in industrialized construction role.

• Ability to interpret technical documents, pricing models, and design specifications.

• Proven ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

The Senior Project Manager - MPS is a subject matter expert level Project Management position responsible for managing large-sized projects of more advanced complexity, creating detailed project plans and collaborating on tasks with team members while tracking progress, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and monitoring the completion of projects timelines, within budget. The Project Manager III answers client queries, addresses technical and contract questions as well as identifying new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require travel.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Serve as the subject matter expert for all customer project management matters.

• Review and thoroughly understand work orders and service agreements.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

• Navigate nuances of client relations amongst peers within trusted account relationships.

• Create agenda and guide the Kickoff Meeting presentation to all stakeholders of the fulfillment team

YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

The Vendor Managed Inventory Team Lead will be responsible for all aspects of the site Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) including SIOP processes, site procurement and other supply chain / procurement tasks as assigned by leadership. This position is a ‘working manager' role that will execute contractual obligations while providing oversight, support, and mentorship to Procurement Specialists and Procurement Analysts.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Monitor, evaluate, and mentor working team on meeting or exceeding performance goals and expectations.
• Ensure team is complying with procurement policies and procedures and is in strict adherence to documentation requirements.
• Oversee and plan all aspects of procurement process at site.
• Effectively manage people and projects at assigned site to pursue cost savings opportunities, while implementing and adhering to process standardization efficiencies.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to staff personnel as required and provide performance evaluation input to MPS leadership.
• Represent company in contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
• Manage all aspects of the VMI process at the facility including SIOP processes to ensure material availability to meet production demands
• Manage all local site suppliers and sub-contractors
• Review site forecast and communicate to suppliers material demand to support production; support MPS Category Managers on developing site material forecast
• Support MPS Supply Chain Strategic Planning initiatives as needed
• Review all internal/external metrics for our suppliers, procurement, and operations to ensure targets are being met, and engage with MPS Leadership to identify the root cause and mitigation actions to address any deficiency gaps.
• Ensure recommended awards are in accordance with the approved decision model and Delegation of Authority to ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
• Communicate and enforce procurement policies and procedures.
• Responsible for projections financial planning, delivery schedules and procurement reporting.
• Responsible for the development and review of all procurement analytics, reporting and deliverables.
• Oversee the development and implementation of procurement and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.

The Vendor Managed Inventory Team Lead will be responsible for all aspects of the site Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) including SIOP processes, site procurement and other supply chain / procurement tasks as assigned by leadership. This position is a ‘working manager' role that will execute contractual obligations while providing oversight, support, and mentorship to Procurement Specialists and Procurement Analysts.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Monitor, evaluate, and mentor working team on meeting or exceeding performance goals and expectations.
• Ensure team is complying with procurement policies and procedures and is in strict adherence to documentation requirements.
• Oversee and plan all aspects of procurement process at site.
• Effectively manage people and projects at assigned site to pursue cost savings opportunities, while implementing and adhering to process standardization efficiencies.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to staff personnel as required and provide performance evaluation input to MPS leadership.
• Represent company in contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
• Manage all aspects of the VMI process at the facility including SIOP processes to ensure material availability to meet production demands
• Manage all local site suppliers and sub-contractors
• Review site forecast and communicate to suppliers material demand to support production; support MPS Category Managers on developing site material forecast
• Support MPS Supply Chain Strategic Planning initiatives as needed
• Review all internal/external metrics for our suppliers, procurement, and operations to ensure targets are being met, and engage with MPS Leadership to identify the root cause and mitigation actions to address any deficiency gaps.
• Ensure recommended awards are in accordance with the approved decision model and Delegation of Authority to ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
• Communicate and enforce procurement policies and procedures.
• Responsible for projections financial planning, delivery schedules and procurement reporting.
• Responsible for the development and review of all procurement analytics, reporting and deliverables.
• Oversee the development and implementation of procurement and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee the projections, financial planning, delivery schedules and reporting.
• Review materials for accuracy upon receipt, and oversee material review process. Enter documentation into purchasing system.
• Review and approve invoices with vendor and A/P resolve invoice problems.

This role is owner-facing, project management-facing and field-facing. This role carries responsibility for management-level issue expediting, field technical support, startup technical support and commissioning technical oversight. This individual is intended to be the Project Manager's technical representative as well as a technical resource for the QC Managers and Site Superintendents.

• Develop test scripts based on schematics, SOO and logic diagrams and perform system level automation, interlock system tests

• Conduct vendor coordination and submittal review and factory witness test to ensure equipment are produced to spec and conform with all design-build requirement

YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

This role is owner-facing, project management-facing and field-facing. This role carries responsibility for management-level issue expediting, field technical support, startup technical support and commissioning technical oversight. This individual is intended to be the Project Manager's technical representative as well as a technical resource for the QC Managers and Site Superintendents.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Develop test scripts based on schematics, SOO and logic diagrams and perform system level automation, interlock system tests

• Conduct vendor coordination and submittal review and factory witness test to ensure equipment are produced to spec and conform with all design-build requirement

• Design and develop safety mechanical, electrical, and or electromechanical interlock systems

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Strong understanding on various Medium voltage, low voltage switchgear products

• Strong understanding on CT, PT, metering and relaying (SEL, ABB, Siemens) both protective and logic and able to provide basic upload download and basic level configuration.

• Strong understanding on PLC operations and able to develop full scale test scripts

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and minimum of 5 years of field engineering experience in electrical power systems

• Minimum of 10 years of field engineering experience

Your Next Opportunity

The Senior Procurement Category Specialist responsible for development and implementation of procurement strategies for various categories as assigned, which are in alignment with Rosendin objectives for cost, quality, and schedule. The position focuses on achieving "best cost" while improving efficiencies throughout the procurement process from estimate to contract close-out to drive savings and efficiency across the company.


What You\'ll Do

• Assist in the development of category strategy to achieve financial value-add and improve Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) through detailed analysis of the category portfolio including consolidation of supplier base and spend across all geographical areas. Address key operating priorities including performance management, safety, and compliance.

• Assess work streams and activities for consolidation opportunities. Assess current and future business processes for best work practice, and/or technological fit based on external market and industry practices.

• Closely monitor the global supply market with regards to pricing & commodity trends, supplier capacity, supplier news, industry news and new product developments

• Aggressively pursue defined Category Management (CM) strategy to ensure competitive advantage for Rosendin and to position Rosendin as a market leader and preferred client of our key suppliers.

• Develop and implement metrics to monitor area of responsibility, identify gaps, and implement action plans to remediate. Understand, assess, and anticipate the internal/external strategic landscape of Supply Chain and how these impact the projects.

• Proactively challenge current procurement, estimating, and cost tracking practices to drive improved results.

• Develop and implement innovative solutions to resolve complex issues, while executing advanced organizational readiness change management strategies.

• Build wide and effective networks of contacts inside and outside the organization.

• Ensure that strategies for assigned categories evolve to adequately address changing market conditions.

• Assist in negotiating Master Agreements with key suppliers

• Perform cost analysis and set appropriate benchmarks/KPI\'s for suppliers and commodities against Rosendin\'s projects and divisions.

• Assist in the development and implementation of innovative solutions to resolve complex issues, while executing organizational readiness change management strategies.

What You\'ll Need To Be Successful

• 5-7 years\' experience in a procurement, contract management, project management or related role

• Expertise in procurement, estimating, business, and leadership

• Demonstrated experience developing procurement category strategies.

• Demonstrated experience negotiating contracts with vendors.

• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated experience creating project management plans that specify charter, scope, cost estimates, schedule, milestones and target dates, and risk management plans.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
