Senior Project Accountant

The Assistant Project Accountant is responsible for assisting Project Accountant in providing financial services to the project including contract review, billings, work-in-place reporting, subcontractor and general condition payments, and cash reporting

The Project Manager I - MPS is a mid-level Project Management position responsible for managing smaller-scale projects, creating detailed project plans and collaborating on tasks with internal stakeholders members while tracking progress, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and monitoring the completion of projects timelines, within budget, while receiving guidance and mentorship from Head of Projects. The Project Manager I answer client queries, addresses technical and contract questions as well as identifying new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require travel.
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Review and thorough understand work orders and service agreements.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Earn trust amongst peers within account relationships.
Create agenda and guide the Kickoff Meeting presentation to all stakeholders of the fulfillment team
Monitor and communicate status or concerns impacting the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Recognize new business opportunities with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
Manage multi-year forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. monthly sales results and annual forecasts)
Contribute and present program metrics for the client business reviews.

The Project Manager I - MPS is a mid-level Project Management position responsible for managing smaller-scale projects, creating detailed project plans and collaborating on tasks with internal stakeholders members while tracking progress, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and monitoring the completion of projects timelines, within budget, while receiving guidance and mentorship from Head of Projects. The Project Manager I answer client queries, addresses technical and contract questions as well as identifying new business opportunities among existing customers. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.

The Director of Procurement, Materials (West) is responsible for overall management of the execution of material contracts over multiple projects within the Mountain West and West regions reporting to the Vice President of Procurement. The Director is responsible for implementation and creation of material procurement processes and procedures, supporting project teams with procurement execution, acting as the corporate liaison to the project teams and operational leadership, while ensuring compliance with company and contractual obligations.
This position must have the ability to manage people and projects with cross-divisional teams across multiple regions to pursue growth or cost savings opportunities, while ensuring working with operating team members to develop and refine project management framework, coaching of teams, effectively changing the culture as required and supplanting it as needed with advanced methodologies.
Accountable for the competitive request for proposal (RFP) process for all materials to ensure the sourcing teams are pursuing the appropriate spend categories and negotiating the best overall value on behalf of Rosendin Electric (REI)
Identify and manage the internal/external metrics for our suppliers, procurement, and operations to establish a culture of continuous improvement on behalf of REI. Ensure proposed and implemented mitigation actions are appropriately addressing identified deficiency gaps.
Accountable for all material sourcing events, in collaboration with the Center of Excellence, to minimize operational disruption, mitigate supplier risks, and drive value to the REI bottom line
Oversee bid proposals, the creation of negotiation plans, and terms and conditions/commercial negotiations.
Ensure Operations receives the appropriate support required for the development of their project estimates based on material pricing and statement of work expertise
Manage and oversee the Enterprise database that is utilized by the Estimating department to quote material prices for future projects
Responsible for ensuring all recommend awards are in accordance with the approved decision model and Delegation of Authority and that adherence to procurement policies and procedures is strictly enforced.
Ensure you and your staff establish and maintain effective client relations to achieve active cooperation, team alignment, and stimulate the desire to award follow-on work. Accountable for monitoring and expeditiously addressing any client relationship concerns.
Act as strategic liaison between operations, suppliers, and manufacturers as necessary, and in alignment with VP of Procurement
Provide planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Interpret, communicate, and train operations personnel on procurement procedures, scope of work creation, and RFP execution
Ensure staff members are consulting with Contract Administration/Legal department(s) for clarification on contractual language when required, and assume lead role on this engagement when appropriate
Perform other duties as assigned
10+ years in professional experience specifically in procurement, contract management, project management or related role
Demonstrates leadership and ability to work well with others establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with Rosendin staff and vendors.
Demonstrated experience developing procurement strategies.
Demonstrated experience overseeing negotiation of contracts with suppliers.
Demonstrated experience creating, managing, and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) via contracts or Service Level Agreements (SLA's), and addressing any performance gaps.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams, and managing overall accountability for team-based deliverables, deadlines, and quality thresholds.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Management or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) Certification or Certified Professional in Supply Chain Management (CPSM) Certification preferred.

The Electrical Services Specialist is responsible for providing overall administrative and service support for small recurring and non-recurring work, including service contracts, projects, and work orders.
Manage all aspects of project documentation including submittals, RFIs, (Return for Information), and project meeting minutes.
Supervise and direct overall work activities as assigned by the Electrical Services Manager, including planning and coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, ensuring all company/project policies, procedures and standards are maintained, etc.
Prepare a complete estimate, budget for the service contract, project, or service call with a detailed review of client requirements.
Manage scopes of work within service contracts, with scope of work including electrical and fire alarm services for preventive maintenance, repairs, and subcontracts as required, and repair or renovation work as requested.
Provide support for team projects based on the complexity of individual projects and additional support required.
Understand terms and rates with clients for facilitating and sustaining service accounts.
Manage financial aspects of contracts with the Project Assistant or Service Coordinator to protect the company\'s interest and simultaneously maintain a good relationship with the client to ensure profitability of this function.
Schedule regular visits with Electrical Services Managers for sustaining service accounts to assure client satisfaction.
Fulfill division objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within the boundaries of corporate policy.
Maintain a complete knowledge of the status of all projects. Instill and promote a "win-win" attitude with the service drivers to ensure successful, profitable work for the company as well as a satisfied customer. Coordinate efforts with Business Development Group.
Monitor overall quantity and quality of work performed by service drivers and support personnel. Execute organization\'s programs, policies, standards, and procedures consistent with corporate.
Assume additional responsibilities as required by the division\'s operating needs or as directed by the Division Manager.

The Procurement Specialist is responsible for the purchase of electrical equipment, construction materials, and issuing subcontracts. This position will manage, plan/forecast, procure inventory with the Procurement Department for multiple suppliers, maximizing metrics aligned with Company corporate strategic directives.
Receive verbal and written requisitions for materials and equipment from project managers and field operations.
Review and source materials and equipment in accordance with established company practices and procedures.
Solicit quotations from vendors. Review, analyze and present findings to management with emphasis on best economic value and defined company procurement objectives.
Generate and distribute purchase orders accordance with established company procedures.
Responsible for the tracking and expediting of all existing orders. Update and maintain scheduling in procurement system.
Support estimating department by contacting vendors for budgetary quotations for materials and equipment in the preparation of bids.
Solicit and prepare submittal documentation in support of project managers.

YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:
The Regional Controller is responsible for overseeing the region's Cost Ledgers, Financial Statements, Budgets, cash forecasting and collecting and assisting various regional and corporate personnel with any finance related issues.
Manage the monthly revenue recognition and cost projection process (CAC reviews) with the region(s)Operations Manager(s) and Corporate Finance.
Communicate risk issues identified in monthly CAC reviews to upper management.
Coordinate with various Finance department personnel to develop and implement new processes or policies related to Finance.
Review and maintain allocation rates for region's support departments.
Ensure accuracy of region's inventory counts and general ledger accounts.
Communicate Finance related issues in region to Corporate Finance personnel.
Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the region's cost tracking systems.

The Manager, Production Quality for Modular Power Solutions is a facility-based role responsible for quality assurance and validation of quality control throughout the full product lifecycle for modular enclosures and skid-mounted systems serving data center, mission-critical infrastructure, high-tech, and energy customers. This position owns the execution of project- and product-specific Quality Plans at the facility level and ensures that quality requirements are defined early, implemented consistently, and verified at each stage of design, procurement, fabrication, assembly, testing, and delivery. This role reports to and is functionally managed by the Regional Quality Manager, who provides the overarching Quality Management System (QMS), policies, and guidelines. The Manager, Production Quality is responsible for deploying, enforcing, and continuously improving these requirements locally while serving as the primary quality authority on-site.
Serve as the on-site quality authority, ensuring adherence to corporate and regional Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Approve and maintain facility-level Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and all quality documentation.
Establish and enforce quality hold points, witness points, and FAT readiness, with authority to stop work when quality, safety, or compliance risks arise.
Lead quality assurance across the full product lifecycle, integrating quality into design reviews, procurement, manufacturing, and testing processes.
Conduct and oversee audits, inspections, and FATs, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, mission-critical infrastructure standards, and applicable codes (UL, NEC, NFPA, IEC, CSA, ASME, AWS).
Validate inspection, testing, and verification activities, ensuring nonconformances are identified, resolved, and verified for effectiveness.
Maintain traceability of quality records, documentation, and shipment readiness based on verified QC results.
Define and enforce supplier and subcontractor quality expectations, reviewing documentation, inspections, and corrective actions to ensure on-time, compliant deliveries.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), leveraging quality data and trends to drive continuous improvement and defect prevention.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and project management to resolve design, manufacturability, and process issues.
Participate in customer audits, inspections, and quality reviews, acting as the primary facility-level quality interface.
Train and mentor personnel on quality standards, procedures, and best practices, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Lead lean manufacturing initiatives and implement process improvements to enhance overall facility quality performance.
Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement functions in manufacturing, assembly and fabrication environments, ISO-9001 preferred
Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); preferred.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary.
Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position.
Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player.
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 10-12 years of quality experience in manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or industrial assembly environments.
Experience with modular systems, skid-mounted equipment, enclosures, or industrial integration projects.
Strong working knowledge of quality systems, inspections, and NCR/CAPA processes.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and codes.

General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
