The Project Assistant is responsible for providing project management support to the Project team. This position may include general administrative support.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Recap and track Potential Change Orders (PCO's).
Ability to price up material vouchers.
Write up and keep track of all Request for Information (RFI's).
Track certified payroll for Rosendin and all subcontractors and fill out all necessary forms the job requires. e.g., HRC forms, OCIP Compliance.
Ability to update project schedules on Microsoft Projects or Sure Track.
Monthly billing (Schedule of Values/Cover sheet)
Create and update material flow sheets. e.g., Fixtures and Fire Alarm devices; Subcontract/Change Order logs; Submittal logs.
Ability to obtain quotes from vendors and some light material ordering.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Division and/or specific departments as assigned. This position will provide general assistance to all levels of staff.
Act as liaison between supervisor and others (i.e., departments, external contacts, vendors, clients, etc.).
Provide prompt and professional service to all internal and external clients.
Prepares and distributes internal communications and serves as a central clearing position for general information.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Division and/or specific departments as assigned. This position will provide general assistance to all levels of staff.

The HSE Specialist II is an experienced level professional safety position. It is a field-based position and supports the implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs by collaborating with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and customer representatives. The HSE Manager I is a mid-level professional safety position. It is a field-based position and leads the implementation or Project Safety Plans, and oversight of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices. Responsibilities include plan development and implementation, hazard identification, incident investigation, safety training, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. The position also involves mentoring junior team members and collaborating with field leadership, subcontractors, and customers to maintain a safe and productive work environment. The HSE Manager I is a mid-level professional safety position. It is a field-based position and leads the implementation or Project Safety Plans, and oversight of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices. Responsibilities include plan development and implementation, hazard identification, incident investigation, safety training, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. The position also involves mentoring junior team members and collaborating with field leadership, subcontractors, and customers to maintain a safe and productive work environment. May act as a team lead for Non-Exempt safety employees.
Identify, document, and recommend corrective actions for hazardous conditions; ensure timely resolution.
Participate in pre-construction meetings and development of site-specific safety plans.
Deliver safety training based on program and personnel needs.
Lead injury and incident investigations; conduct analysis and share lessons learned.
Support pre-task planning and job site safety meetings.
Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure understanding and compliance with safety standards.
Coordinate with field leadership to identify training needs and high-risk activities.
Ensure compliance with LOTO procedures and first-time energization protocols.
Review Step-by-Steps and Method of Procedures (MOPs).
Issue and monitor permits as required.
Interpret project one-line diagrams.
Apply NFPA 70E guidelines, including PPE and approach distances.

The Senior Safety Coordinator is a mid-level safety professional responsible for assisting in administrating job site safety programs to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. This role will report to a Safety Manager or Senior Safety Manager and requires the development of independence in managing safety requirements for the project.

Knowledge of company LOTO implementation procedures at project sites and facilities.
Investigate personal injury and property damage accidents.
Compile safety data, photographs, etc.; prepare all appropriate forms and reports per program procedures and federal, state, and local accident regulations.
Issue various entry permits (i.e., to confined spaces) as required
Support crisis management and emergency rescue plans as required.Maintain fire protection equipment and systems.
Conduct awareness-level training and new hire orientations

Preferred Bachelor's degree
OSHA 30 Construction Certification
STS-C
CPR - First Aid Certification
2 years of safety construction experience
Can be a combination of training, education, and relevant work experience
Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.);
Proficient in using electronic devices (i.e., phone, tablet, computer) for safety audit software and emails.
Strong organizational, record-keeping, and follow-up skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position
Ability to be self-motivated, proactive, and an effective team player
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others

General work environment - sitting, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted in both indoor office settings and outdoor construction job site settings. Environmental conditions will vary
