The Electrical Services Executive is responsible for providing overall management/direction for large recurring and non-recurring work, including service contracts, projects, and work orders.
Provide initial client contact to assess client needs for their facility or service call.
Prepare a complete estimate and budget for the service contract, project, or service call with a detailed review of client requirements.
Provide guidance and management for the Electrical Services Manager(s).
Directly manages a team of Electrical Services Managers to provide oversight for contracts and projects based on the complexity of individual projects and additional support required.
Provide technical review for all bid estimates proposed to ensure all requirements are met.
Track terms and rates negotiated with clients for facilitating and sustaining service accounts to ensure consistency across client accounts.
Executes Business Development with existing clients.
Coordination with Rosendin Engineering for bid estimates and active projects.
Manage financial aspects of contracts with the Project Assistant or Service Coordinator to protect the company\'s interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with the client to ensure profitability of this function.
Develop and maintain relationships with large service accounts to expand relationships across multiple locations.
Prepare monthly cost reports under the supervision of a Division Manager.
Schedule regular visits with sustaining service accounts to assure client satisfaction.
Fulfill division objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within the boundaries of corporate policy.
Maintain a complete knowledge of the status of all projects. Instill and promote a "win-win" attitude with the service drivers to ensure successful, profitable work for the company as well as a satisfied customer. Coordinate efforts with Business Development Group.
Monitor overall quantity and quality of work performed by service drivers and support personnel. Execute organization\'s programs, policies, standards, and procedures consistent with corporate.
Assume additional responsibilities as required by the division\'s operating needs or as directed by the Division Manager.

The Project Director is responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction, and management oversight for all project functions. This role supports a single project or portfolio of projects in excess of $150 million per year. As a senior manager, the Project Director operates with significant autonomy and minimal supervision, focusing on leadership and strategic direction with a specific customer or industry. Additionally, the Project Director plays a key role in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
Flexibility and Development Focus:
This position is designed with flexibility in mind, supporting both leadership development and operational agility. If there is no need to maintain an independent division for a project as things evolve or wind down and advancement opportunities are not immediately available, the company reserves the right to reassign the Project Director to another team, location or project as a Project Executive (PX), based on business needs and individual readiness. The Quality Coordinator is an essential role to ensure the success of Rosendin's Quality & Commissioning programs and initiatives. The Quality Coordinator will work directly with and assist the Director of Quality and Quality Department with program roll outs, initiatives, and reporting. The Procurement Team Lead will manage a work group responsible for the procurement of engineered equipment, commodities, permanent plant materials, and small tools and supplies. This position is a ‘working manager' role that will execute contractual obligations while providing oversight, support, and mentorship to Procurement Agents and Sr. Procurement Agents.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Monitor, evaluate, and mentor working team on meeting or exceeding performance goals and expectations.
Ensure team is complying with procurement policies and procedures and is in strict adherence to documentation requirements.
Oversee and plan all aspects of procurement from pre-bid closeout.
Effectively manage people and projects within assigned Region to pursue cost savings opportunities, while implementing and adhering to process standardization efficiencies.

Responsible for the qualification and evaluation process for suppliers of materials and equipment.
Lead aggregated sourcing events across regions as needed to drive procurement value on behalf of Rosendin Electric (REI).
Collaborate with the Center of Excellence on larger category strategy initiatives geared toward increasing REI margin and enhancing process efficiencies.
Review all internal/external metrics for our suppliers, procurement, and operations to ensure targets are being met, and engage with Regional Procurement Manager to identify the root cause and mitigation actions to address any deficiency gaps.
Ensure recommended awards are in accordance with the approved decision model and Delegation of Authority to ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
Ensure that mutually beneficial relationships are in place with suppliers through Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
Provide feedback assist in analyzing market and delivery systems assess present and future material availability.
Communicate and enforce procurement policies and procedures.
Responsible for projections financial planning,delivery schedules and procurement reporting.
Responsible for the development and review of all procurement analytics, reporting and deliverables.
Oversee the development and implementation of procurement and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
Oversee the projections, financial planning, delivery schedules and reporting.
Review materials for accuracy upon receipt, and oversee material review process. Enter documentation into purchasing system.
Review and approve invoices.with vendor and A/P resolve invoice problems.
Oversee the development and use of 3rd-party Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA).
Oversee the return material ensure proper and timely credit to the project

The Estimator II is a mid-level professional responsible for preparing and completing bid documents and cost estimates for electrical construction projects. The Estimator II solves a range of straightforward problems and assembles construction costs by collecting and studying information, evaluating bid specifications and drawings, to ensure they understand what is required to bid on and win the project successfully, and can present the project cost to Senior leadership. Advanced knowledge of the assigned discipline, construction technology, estimating techniques, and cost control
Interpret computerized cost data and electrical systems
Perform arithmetic calculations required for estimating
Read and interpret engineering design drawings, specifications, and front-end documents
Identify and meet customers' needs expectations and requirements
Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of specific variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
Work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
Oral and written communication skills as required for the position
Self-motivated and can work independently and as part of a team
Interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience estimating commercial construction projects, preferably in electrical construction
Proficient in Accubid estimating
Proficient in CAD or 3D software preferred
Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience

The Senior HSE Manager is a Senior level position responsible for leading multiple teams and leaders of leaders. This position oversees the implantation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices across multiple project sites with an emphasis on leadership and team development. Other responsibilities include hazard identification, incident investigation, safety training, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. The position also involves mentoring junior team members, developing future leaders, and collaborating with field leadership, subcontractors, and customers to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Monitors progress and performance of multiple teams and safety programs, taking corrective action as necessary.
Plans and assigns work for team members.
Identifies, teaches, and develops future leaders and wider safety members.
Coach and manage HSE professionals to build capability, strengthen talent pipelines, and address performance issues.
Align corporate safety strategy with field execution across construction and operational sites.
Assess training needs and develop targeted programs for teams and project sites.
Facilitate communication between corporate EHS leadership, field teams, and frontline stakeholders to ensure consistent program implementation.
Promote accountability across business and field leadership.
Serve as a liaison with cross-functional teams to integrate safety into all phases of the data center lifecycle.
Contribute to cross-company initiatives related to safety, including resiliency, business continuity, ESG, and workforce engagement.
Provide proactive, strategic safety insights to senior leadership on emerging risks and incident trends.
Participate in pre-construction meetings and develop site-specific safety plans.
Maintain a high level of expertise in company HSE standards, programs, and goals.
Champion HSE standards across projects to foster a safe and productive environment.
Partner with EHS training teams as a subject matter expert to ensure technical and regulatory competency.
Support additional EHS initiatives as assigned.
Manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality support to internal stakeholders.
Serve as a strategic contributor to the Health & Safety Program team, driving innovation and direction.
Collaborate with global HSE and governance teams to develop proactive risk-reduction strategies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred

Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.
