The Data Center Senior Engineering Team Lead is an advanced-level engineering management position responsible for overseeing larger or more complex Data Center projects work and may oversee several Engineering Team Leads on an ongoing basis. The Engineering Senior Team Lead will possess engineering management skills for resource allocation, workflow, work planning, fee estimating and independent QA/QC of Design teamwork in addition to advanced technical competence.
Possess the ability to understand project requirements and develop a design fee for the work requested in the design of state-of-the-art AI Data Centers.
Designing Data Centers mission critical projects
Preference to PE license, data center experience is also critical. Preferably large scale projects, but open to exposure to fitout work (3-4MW+ per data module)
Should have experience on larger facilities or campuses (50MW+ but preference to 100MW+)
Prepare and oversee work plans for engineering and production resources.
Oversee and evaluate current team and project resource allocation as well as fee disposition
Oversee Engineering Team Leads, Engineers, Designers and Modeling staff assigned to team or project work.

The ability to oversee and review Electrical System Studies such as: Short Circuit, Overcurrent Protection, Arc Flash, Voltage Drop/Droop, and Underground Thermal Calculations.
The ability to develop a complete and accurate sequence of operations for automated systems.
Knowledge of electrical construction techniques and workflow sufficient to understand how design packages will be built.
Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred

The Senior Supplier Quality Surveillance Engineer is responsible supporting Procurement in the implementation and execution of Procurement Supplier Quality Inspections and audits.
Perform quality assurance and quality control shop inspections and audits to ensure critical materials and engineered equipment purchased meet or exceed our customer's and contract quality and workmanship expectations
The Inspector will assist in ensuring the subcontracts or corporate agreements for good and services meet Rosendin Procurement quality standards and customer's expectations
Require a working understanding of Rosendin electrical equipment and materials related to fabrication, testing, and functionality
Be able to read and understand equipment specifications, drawings, provide
feedback in regard to recommended supplier testing and inspections
Report to management and Project personnel about manufacturing problems, and

Power System Protection Engineer III is a senior-level engineering position responsible for performing protection studies and developing relay settings to support the implementation, commissioning, and testing of protection systems for electrical power networks. This role focuses on designing and applying protection strategies for medium and high-voltage systems serving mission critical, commercial, and industrial facilities. The position requires advanced technical expertise, the ability to work independently on complex protection challenges, and the capability to mentor and train other engineering staff.
Design, specification, setting calculation, and coordination of protective relaying and relay control schemes.
Develop protection schemes and relay settings for electrical equipment, including transformers, generators, transmission lines, feeders, and buses, in accordance with client requirements and system specifications.
Develop and configure protection relay settings, including overcurrent, differential, distance and backup protection relays.
Perform coordination studies to ensure proper relay operation and minimize system downtime during fault conditions.
Use power system modeling tools (e.g. ETAP, SKM, CAPE, ASPEN) to simulate and analyze protection systems, fault scenarios, and equipment ratings.

The Assistant Corporate Operational Controller manages operations accounting for specific business units, overseeing a team of 4-7 staff, including regional controllers, senior accountants, and cost accountants. This role focuses on the execution of revenue recognition, billing analysis, and project risk review while fostering the development of the accounting team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Project Analysis: Performs revenue and margin recognition, over/under billing analysis, and budget vs. actual reviews for projects and overhead.
Risk Mitigation: Identifies project-level financial risks and develops action plans for mitigation. Escalates critical risks and opportunities to senior management.
Team Leadership: Conducts weekly check-ins with staff focused on technical skills and career goals. Participates in hiring and implements detailed onboarding plans.
Performance Management: Governs workload distribution based on staff bandwidth and conducts timely performance reviews.
Process Improvement: Contributes to the documentation and refinement of project accounting processes to increase accuracy and efficiency.

Risk Mitigation: Identifies project-level financial risks and develops action plans for mitigation. Escalates critical risks and opportunities to senior management.
Team Leadership: Conducts weekly check-ins with staff focused on technical skills and career goals. Participates in hiring and implements detailed onboarding plans.
Performance Management: Governs workload distribution based on staff bandwidth and conducts timely performance reviews.
Process Improvement: Contributes to the documentation and refinement of project accounting processes to increase accuracy and efficiency.
Departmental Support: Supervises managers in field payroll and cost accounting, providing insight into union requirements and construction cost standards.

Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP and ASC 606.
Deep knowledge of general ledger, project, and operations accounting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
Ability to manage multiple complex tasks under time pressure.

The Engineering Program Manager is responsible for managing project budgets, projecting, and tracking resource needs, identifying variances in scope, and assisting in taking corrective actions so that each project meets its target margins and customer satisfaction goals.
Work with the Director, Engineering Team Lead and/or the design, integration, analytics lead to assess scope of work, schedule, deliverables, and resources necessary to successfully complete a project successfully.
Assist in the preparation of a complete estimate for pursuits and new projects. Track the proposal status.
Provide overall business management support for multiple projects simultaneously .
Gather fundamental new project information (project name, project #, division, Team Lead, EOR, budget, PM, Superintendent/GF, BIM Manager (if applicable), schedule, deliverables. Distribute this new project information to the appropriate individuals and/or group.
Set up new projects with trackers for budgets, action items, current project and task code spreadsheets, manpower projections, and request access to necessary program(s).
Coordinate with the project PM and cost accounting to assure designated task codes for a project are available, funded appropriately, are incorporated into the Oracle project budgets and are available and chargeable in Kronos.
Ensure that everyone is cognizant of the project timeline and schedule to ensure on time completion of project deliverables. This includes regular reminders as due dates get closer.
Coordinate with Team Leads to prepare and submit change orders (ECNs) completely and in a timely manner. Validate and document customer acceptance and status of change orders.
Request generation of or renaming of task codes for approved ECNs and ensure task codes and funding are incorporated into the Oracle project budgets. Track ECN status, budget, and funding. Maintain and submit project EPCO Logs with ECNs to executive administrator as necessary.
Maintain and submit weekly/bi-weekly, Project Budget Tracking Reports to project leads to include project metrics such as, expense versus budget, labor versus budget, and progress of project versus the timeline.
Update resource projections continuously. Distribute to team several times monthly prior to the Directors Monthly Resource Review meeting. Post monthly Master on Engineering Sharepoint site.
Schedule and facilitate weekly project meetings, biweekly team meetings and quarterly team meetings and additional meetings as requested.
Assist in the hiring process to track approved candidates through management process, HR process, and IT process and assure speedy hiring and that all equipment and software is ready for employees first day.
Assist in onboarding new hires by acclimating them to our group, engineering and Rosendin (Kronos, expense reports, Rosendin travel requirements, Concur, requesting p-cards, team calendar(s), team roster and org chart, Eng. Org chart, office logistics, etc.).

Ensure that everyone is cognizant of the project timeline and schedule to ensure on time completion of project deliverables. This includes regular reminders as due dates get closer.
Coordinate with Team Leads to prepare and submit change orders (ECNs) completely and in a timely manner. Validate and document customer acceptance and status of change orders.
Request generation of or renaming of task codes for approved ECNs and ensure task codes and funding are incorporated into the Oracle project budgets. Track ECN status, budget, and funding. Maintain and submit project EPCO Logs with ECNs to executive administrator as necessary.
Maintain and submit weekly/bi-weekly, Project Budget Tracking Reports to project leads to include project metrics such as, expense versus budget, labor versus budget, and progress of project versus the timeline.
Update resource projections continuously. Distribute to team several times monthly prior to the Directors Monthly Resource Review meeting. Post monthly Master on Engineering Sharepoint site.
Schedule and facilitate weekly project meetings, biweekly team meetings and quarterly team meetings and additional meetings as requested.
Assist in the hiring process to track approved candidates through management process, HR process, and IT process and assure speedy hiring and that all equipment and software is ready for employees first day.
Assist in onboarding new hires by acclimating them to our group, engineering and Rosendin (Kronos, expense reports, Rosendin travel requirements, Concur, requesting p-cards, team calendar(s), team roster and org chart, Eng. Org chart, office logistics, etc.).

The Electrical Substation Designer II is responsible for the technical execution of substation drawing packages, including equipment layouts, protection and control schematics, and civil/structural details. Working under the guidance of Project Manager, Engineers and Lead Designer, this role focuses on translating engineering logic into high-quality, intelligent deliverables. We are looking for a collaborative team player who excels at maintaining data integrity, follows established standardized workflows, and proactively communicates with the project team to ensure design accuracy.
Coordinates with clients, architects, and other discipline engineers to complete drawing packages.
Single line, relay protection diagrams, 3 wiring design/drawing, cable schedules, distribution- gear up, low voltage panel board schedules with moderate supervision.
Apply Rosendin standards for wire sizing, bus feeds, and protection for published schedules. Has a working knowledge of feeder sizing and ratings of major substation equipment.
Perform coordination with other trades, such as architectural, structural, and mechanical to complete the substation drawings.
With the guidance of engineers, create details as required to define installation for construction.
Have familiarity with the National Electrical Safety Code and IEEE standards and know how to use them as a reference.
Attend project design team meetings. Interface with various team members, particularly the client, and other disciplines.
Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of intelligent CAD libraries (AutoCAD Electrical/SDS) to ensure scalability across multiple high-voltage projects.

The People Analytics Lead will be responsible for building and scaling the organization's People Analytics capabilities from the ground up. This is a lead individual contributor role that will establish the foundation for how workforce data is structured, analyzed, and delivered across the business.
This role will partner closely the HR organization, HRIS, and People Technology teams to design, build, and deploy reporting and analytics solutions within Workday and related systems. The People Analytics Lead will be responsible for building and scaling the organization's People Analytics capabilities from the ground up. This is a lead individual contributor role that will establish the foundation for how workforce data is structured, analyzed, and delivered across the business.
This role will partner closely the HR organization, HRIS, and People Technology teams to design, build, and deploy reporting and analytics solutions within Workday and related systems. The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who thrives in ambiguity, is comfortable creating structure from scratch, and can translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions.
Build & Scale People Analytics (From the Ground Up)
Design and stand-up People Analytics frameworks, reporting structures, and intake processes
Define core workforce metrics, KPIs, and standardized reporting aligned to business priorities
Build scalable, repeatable reporting solutions-moving away from one-off requests
Create a structure where limited processes, standards, or governance currently exist
Workday & People Technology Partnership
Partner closely with HRIS and People Technology teams to design and configure reporting solutions within Workday
Translate business needs into technical requirements (calculated fields, dashboards, report logic)
Co-develop dashboards and reporting infrastructure with configuration teams
Drive continuous improvement of system capabilities to support analytics needs
Stakeholder Engagement & Solution Delivery
Work directly with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to understand analytics needs, translating recruiting and workforce questions into scalable, standardized reporting and dashboards.
Consult on requirements, prioritize use cases, and recommend scalable solutions
Own end-to-end delivery of analytics solutions-from intake through deployment
Ensure outputs are actionable, intuitive, and aligned to business decisions
Drive the internal adoption strategy for self-service analytics, transitioning stakeholders from reactive data requests to proactive, data-driven decision-making.
Testing, Deployment & Adoption
Lead testing strategy for reports and dashboards, including UAT
Validate data accuracy, logic, and usability prior to release
Partner with stakeholders to ensure successful rollout and adoption
Develop documentation, job aids, and training materials
Data Governance & Quality
Establish data definitions, standards, and governance practices
Ensure consistency and integrity of workforce data across systems
Identify and resolve data quality gaps in partnership with HRIS and business teams
Insights & Advanced Analytics
Deliver insights across hiring, retention, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness, including Talent Acquisition metrics such as hiring demand, pipeline health, time‑to‑fill, hiring velocity, and recruiter capacity.
Build foundational capabilities for trend‑based and predictive analytics that support forward‑looking workforce and hiring decisions, with clear assumptions and documented limitations.
Translate complex data sets into persuasive business cases and actionable narratives that influence executive decision-making and ROI-based investments.
WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Analytics, or related field (Master's preferred)
7-10+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, or Workforce Analytics
Strong hands-on experience with Workday reporting and analytics capabilities
Proven experience building analytics frameworks, dashboards, and reporting solutions from scratch
Experience partnering with HRIS or system configuration teams to deliver scalable solutions
Experience leading testing efforts (UAT) and deploying analytics products
Advanced skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data analysis (Excel, SQL, or similar)
Experience with data modeling and ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load) to ensure disparate data sources (Workday, ATS, Engagement surveys) speak the same language.
