The Project Manager I - MPS is a mid-level Project Management position responsible for managing smaller-scale projects, creating detailed project plans and collaborating on tasks with internal stakeholders members while tracking progress, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and monitoring the completion of projects timelines, within budget, while receiving guidance and mentorship from Head of Projects. The Project Manager I answer client queries, addresses technical and contract questions as well as identifying new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require travel.
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Review and thorough understand work orders and service agreements.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Create agenda and guide the Kickoff Meeting presentation to all stakeholders of the fulfillment team

The HSE Manager I is a mid-level professional safety position. It is a field-based position and leads the implementation or Project Safety Plans, and oversight of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices. Responsibilities include plan development and implementation, hazard identification, incident investigation, safety training, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. The position also involves mentoring junior team members and collaborating with field leadership, subcontractors, and customers to maintain a safe and productive work environment. May act as a team lead for Non-Exempt safety employees.
Identify, document, and recommend corrective actions for hazardous conditions; ensure timely resolution.
Participate in pre-construction meetings and development of site-specific safety plans.
Deliver safety training based on program and personnel needs.
Lead injury and incident investigations; conduct analysis and share lessons learned.
Support pre-task planning and job site safety meetings.
Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure understanding and compliance with safety standards.

The Project Manager I - MPS is a mid-level Project Management position responsible for managing smaller-scale projects, creating detailed project plans and collaborating on tasks with internal stakeholders members while tracking progress, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and monitoring the completion of projects timelines, within budget, while receiving guidance and mentorship from Head of Projects. Supervise and direct project activities, including assigning tasks to Assistant Project Managers, planning, coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, and maintaining all company/project policies, procedures, standards, etc.
Provide project management expertise to establish initial client contact. This will include the assessment of the scope of work, schedule, and resources necessary to complete a project successfully.
Responsible for preparing a complete estimate for the selected project with a detailed review of plans, specifications, and bid form.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within the guidelines of corporate policies.
Supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project. Negotiate all change orders on the project.
Monitor construction activities with the onsite Foreman and Area Superintendent to ensure the project is built on schedule and within budget.
Investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures within company guidelines and under supervision.
Supervise the preparation of all change quotations for presentation to the prime client and assist in negotiating all change quotations to a conclusion.

The Project Manager II is a senior project management position responsible for overseeing projects from planning through completion and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering unparalleled service. Provides overall project management support to two to four concurrent projects of small to medium crew size or one to two concurrent projects of large crew size. This is a senior project management role with developed subject matter expertise and the capability to mentor and train other staff.

The Project Manager II is a senior project management position responsible for overseeing projects from planning through completion and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering unparalleled service. Provides overall project management support to two to four concurrent projects of small to medium crew size or one to two concurrent projects of large crew size.
