The Project Manager I - MPS is a mid-level Project Management position responsible for managing smaller-scale projects, creating detailed project plans and collaborating on tasks with internal stakeholders members while tracking progress, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and monitoring the completion of projects timelines, within budget, while receiving guidance and mentorship from Head of Projects. The Project Manager I answer client queries, addresses technical and contract questions as well as identifying new business opportunities among existing customers. The Assistant Project Manager is an entry-level project management position and is expected to learn and develop competency in the Essential Duties and Responsibilities. In addition, the APM is responsible for providing administrative and construction support for our Project Management team.

The Program Manager serves as the strategic interface between our programmatic level customers and the organization, guiding complex programs across the full product life cycle with clarity and accountability. Leveraging a strong engineering or estimating background-enhanced by experience in preconstruction or general contracting-they provide informed leadership on scope, pricing, and design decisions. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Deep familiarity with the data center industry further enables the Program Manager to anticipate market dynamics and deliver solutions aligned with customer and industry demands.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Serve as the main point of contact for programmatic level customers, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and exceptional service throughout the program life cycle.
Maintain a deep understanding of pricing structures, design requirements, and project scope to support accurate planning and decision-making.
Manage a team of project specific managers, as applicable, based on size and scope of the customer. Serve as point of escalation for project-specific challenges as needed.
Manage multi-year forecast and track key account metrics
Review, evaluate, and process change orders, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and customer expectations.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with a white glove service approach.
Manage and present program metrics during customer business reviews.
Partner with Customer Success team to identify growth opportunities within existing programs.

The Manager, Production Quality for Modular Power Solutions is a facility-based role responsible for quality assurance and validation of quality control throughout the full product lifecycle for modular enclosures and skid-mounted systems serving data center, mission-critical infrastructure, high-tech, and energy customers. This position owns the execution of project- and product-specific Quality Plans at the facility level and ensures that quality requirements are defined early, implemented consistently, and verified at each stage of design, procurement, fabrication, assembly, testing, and delivery. This role reports to and is functionally managed by the Regional Quality Manager, who provides the overarching Quality Management System (QMS), policies, and guidelines. The Deployment Specialist is responsible for the coordination of the delivery, assembly, and inspection of company products. This role requires a fully competent professional who can perform job duties with some autonomy but still requires significant supervision.
Travel to jobsites when products are being delivered, ensure a smooth delivery of products, and guide the install of products.

The Project Executive is responsible for providing leadership and oversight for the strategic as well as the day-to-day operations for all Construction, Project Management and Project Administration activities. Has overall responsibility for maintaining budgets, timelines and profitability for assigned projects. The Project Executive is responsible for providing leadership and oversight for the strategic as well as the day-to-day operations for all Construction, Project Management and Project Administration activities. Has overall responsibility for maintaining budgets, timelines and profitability for assigned projects. Assists in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures to achieve established corporate goals and support the corporate mission statement.
Provide operational oversight in the areas of client management, procedural issues, financial and reporting issues, and workforce planning and analysis.
Actively manage the workload, professional development, and client development skills of project management staff.
Promote positive customer relations by dealing professionally and fairly with all contractors, subcontractors and vendors, and continually instilling this philosophy in the project team with regard to safety, quality, customer service and profitability.
Initiate, execute, and document a quality job start-up meeting for your project(s).
Manage and maintain "Strategic Partner" subcontractor and vendor relationships, including verification of timely payment.
Perform monthly project reviews with project teams to ensure adherence to schedules, quality of work, safety, administration and profitability.
Analyze available and qualified personnel and make specific project assignments to meet project needs.
Assist the PMs and Superintendents with resolution of specific issues and requests.
Manage customer relations and change order negotiations.
Represent company/project in meetings with client, subcontractors, etc.
Represent the Company at project Senior Management meetings.
Schedule, facilitate, and document project close out meetings. Verify project data sheets and photos (with client\'s permission) for all completed projects.
