The Senior HSE Manager is a Senior level position responsible for leading multiple teams and leaders of leaders. This position oversees the implantation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices across multiple project sites with an emphasis on leadership and team development. The Senior HSE Manager is a Senior level position responsible for leading multiple teams and leaders of leaders. This position oversees the implantation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices across multiple project sites with an emphasis on leadership and team development. The HSE Specialist I is an entry-level professional safety position. It is a field-based position and supports the implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs by collaborating with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and customer representatives. The Project Executive is responsible for providing leadership and oversight for the strategic as well as the day-to-day operations for all Construction, Project Management and Project Administration activities. Has overall responsibility for maintaining budgets, timelines and profitability for assigned projects. Assists in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures to achieve established corporate goals and support the corporate mission statement.
Provide operational oversight in the areas of client management, procedural issues, financial and reporting issues, and workforce planning and analysis.
Actively manage the workload, professional development, and client development skills of project management staff.
Promote positive customer relations by dealing professionally and fairly with all contractors, subcontractors and vendors, and continually instilling this philosophy in the project team with regard to safety, quality, customer service and profitability.
Initiate, execute, and document a quality job start-up meeting for your project(s).
Manage and maintain "Strategic Partner" subcontractor and vendor relationships, including verification of timely payment.
Perform monthly project reviews with project teams to ensure adherence to schedules, quality of work, safety, administration and profitability.
Analyze available and qualified personnel and make specific project assignments to meet project needs.
Assist the PMs and Superintendents with resolution of specific issues and requests.
Manage customer relations and change order negotiations.
Represent company/project in meetings with client, subcontractors, etc.
Represent the Company at project Senior Management meetings.
Schedule, facilitate, and document project close out meetings. Verify project data sheets and photos (with client\'s permission) for all completed projects.

The Project Executive is responsible for providing leadership and oversight for the strategic as well as the day-to-day operations for all Construction, Project Management and Project Administration activities. Has overall responsibility for maintaining budgets, timelines and profitability for assigned projects. Assists in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures to achieve established corporate goals and support the corporate mission statement.
Provide operational oversight in the areas of client management, procedural issues, financial and reporting issues, and workforce planning and analysis.
Actively manage the workload, professional development, and client development skills of project management staff.
Promote positive customer relations by dealing professionally and fairly with all contractors, subcontractors and vendors, and continually instilling this philosophy in the project team with regard to safety, quality, customer service and profitability.
Initiate, execute, and document a quality job start-up meeting for your project(s).
Manage and maintain "Strategic Partner" subcontractor and vendor relationships, including verification of timely payment.
Perform monthly project reviews with project teams to ensure adherence to schedules, quality of work, safety, administration and profitability.
Analyze available and qualified personnel and make specific project assignments to meet project needs.
Assist the PMs and Superintendents with resolution of specific issues and requests.
Manage customer relations and change order negotiations.
Represent company/project in meetings with client, subcontractors, etc.
Represent the Company at project Senior Management meetings.
Schedule, facilitate, and document project close out meetings. Verify project data sheets and photos (with client\'s permission) for all completed projects.

The Senior Preconstruction Manager is responsible for preparing major projects for Operations with the capabilities and personality to develop new business opportunities by building relationships with general contractors, consultants, trade partners, and owners. The Site Superintendent - is responsible for a specific area of assisting directing, training and administrating the efforts for all Subcontractors. The Site Superintendent communicates on a regular basis with the Superintendent and Subcontractor Divisions regarding projects, project timelines, and project startups and staffing required.
Meets on a regular basis with the Superintendent and subcontractors to co-ordinate the standardization of processes and resolution of mutual concerns.
Works with the Superintendent and Project Manager staff in the establishment of new hiring processes and procedures for field personnel.
Assist scheduling and coordination of material to ship to job site.
Oversee and ensure that all projects in specific area are completed to forecast
Oversees the Safety Program and assures that all Safety Standards are being met and maintained.
Ensure that the Field Staff comply to pertinent government regulations and contract documents.
Assist Superintendent field staffing that will meet or exceed the project timelines and budgets in conjunction with the Director of Production.
Assist with coordination of Tools/Equipment Manager regarding tools and inventory as required for projects.
Manages the Production and Field Staffing Team for a specific area. Assist in the direction, coordination, and evaluation of the field staff.
Assists in the interviewing, hiring, and training of the Field Staff and the support staff.
Assists in the development of training programs for Field Staffing that ensures our Company excellence.
Conducts area Production and Field Staff meetings when required.

The Site Superintendent - is responsible for a specific area of assisting directing, training and administrating the efforts for all Subcontractors. The Site Superintendent communicates on a regular basis with the Superintendent and Subcontractor Divisions regarding projects, project timelines, and project startups and staffing required.
Meets on a regular basis with the Superintendent and subcontractors to co-ordinate the standardization of processes and resolution of mutual concerns.
Works with the Superintendent and Project Manager staff in the establishment of new hiring processes and procedures for field personnel.
Assist scheduling and coordination of material to ship to job site.
Oversee and ensure that all projects in specific area are completed to forecast
Oversees the Safety Program and assures that all Safety Standards are being met and maintained.
Ensure that the Field Staff comply to pertinent government regulations and contract documents.
Assist Superintendent field staffing that will meet or exceed the project timelines and budgets in conjunction with the Director of Production.
Assist with coordination of Tools/Equipment Manager regarding tools and inventory as required for projects.
Manages the Production and Field Staffing Team for a specific area. Assist in the direction, coordination, and evaluation of the field staff.
Assists in the interviewing, hiring, and training of the Field Staff and the support staff.
Assists in the development of training programs for Field Staffing that ensures our Company excellence.
Conducts area Production and Field Staff meetings when required.
Payroll and Production tracking
The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing and other duties will be assigned based on the position's role within the business unit.

Ability to identify and meet customer's needs, expectations and requirements
Demonstrates expertise in commercial electrical field management, design and contracting
Must be a self-starter and a problem solver
Must be capable of managing multiple tasks under time constraints
Must possess the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of specific variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Familiarity with team-building techniques
Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position
Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others
Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in similar facility, construction technology, methods and equipment, tools and work procedures required
Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience
Travel Based Position Up to 25%
General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning
Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.

Occasional lifting of up to 75 lbs.
