The Program Manager serves as the strategic interface between our programmatic level customers and the organization, guiding complex programs across the full product life cycle with clarity and accountability. Leveraging a strong engineering or estimating background-enhanced by experience in preconstruction or general contracting-they provide informed leadership on scope, pricing, and design decisions. The role oversees program forecasting, customer relationship stewardship, and change order governance to ensure disciplined execution and long‑term customer confidence. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The Production Manager III is responsible for providing overall manufacturing support and oversight for top tier hyper scale developers.
The Head of Production directives to ensure all production programs are overseen and managed consistently on programs that are sophisticated in scope and technical complexity.

The Project Manager III - MPS is a subject matter expert level Project Management position responsible for managing large-sized projects of more advanced complexity, creating detailed project plans and collaborating on tasks with team members while tracking progress, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and monitoring the completion of projects timelines, within budget. The Project Manager III answers client queries, addresses technical and contract questions as well as identifying new business opportunities among existing customers. Serve as the subject matter expert for all customer project management matters.
Review and thoroughly understand work orders and service agreements.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Create agenda and guide the Kickoff Meeting presentation to all stakeholders of the fulfillment team
Anticipate concerns impacting the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and multiple objectives.

Manage multi-year forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. monthly sales results and annual forecasts)

The Manager, Production Quality for Modular Power Solutions is a facility-based role responsible for quality assurance and validation of quality control throughout the full product lifecycle for modular enclosures and skid-mounted systems serving data center, mission-critical infrastructure, high-tech, and energy customers. This position owns the execution of project- and product-specific Quality Plans at the facility level and ensures that quality requirements are defined early, implemented consistently, and verified at each stage of design, procurement, fabrication, assembly, testing, and delivery. The HSE Specialist I is an entry-level professional safety position. It is a field-based position and supports the implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs by collaborating with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and customer representatives. Assists in site inspections, hazard identification, incident investigations, training, and compliance documentation to promote a safe work environment. Contributes to planning, audits, and safety initiatives to align with company and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with internal teams, client representatives, regulatory agencies, and medical facilities to maintain effective working relationships.
Support and promote the company's safety program and local incident prevention initiatives to reduce risk behaviors.
Assist in implementing project based-safety programs aligned with strategic goals.

Contribute to the development and review of job hazard analyses to identify risks and control measures.
Support incident, near-miss, and claim investigations and communications.

Assist in developing routine HSE project plans and specifications.

The Foreman is responsible for monitoring installations and ensuring work is performed according to Rosendin standards and project specifications. Work cooperatively with the general contractor and/or customer in managing the project, project schedule and employees. Fully utilize a prefabrication facility and company-wide installation methods and policies.
Ensure the proper safety equipment, materials and tools are onsite to perform required work.
Provide General Foreman with sufficient notice of any crew changes.
Utilize a proactive approach to anticipate and resolve potential issues.
Ensure crew members start and finish work shift on time; Maintain proper meal/break times per as legally required per local labor laws and regulations.
Conduct effective performance evaluations of crew members.
Maintain complete and accurate "as-builts" as per Rosendin procedures and project requirements.

The Superintendent is responsible for a specific area of directing, training, and administrating the efforts for all Subcontractors. The Superintendent communicates on a regular basis with the Project Manager and Subcontractor Divisions regarding projects, project timelines, and project startups and staffing required.

The Superintendent is responsible for a specific area of directing, training, and administrating the efforts for all Subcontractors. The Superintendent communicates on a regular basis with the Project Manager and Subcontractor Divisions regarding projects, project timelines, and project startups and staffing required.

Utilize a proactive approach to anticipate and resolve potential issues.
Ensure the proper safety equipment, materials and tools are onsite to perform required work.
Maintain complete and accurate "as-builts" as per Rosendin procedures and project requirements.
Communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals including project owners, architects, general contractors, management, crew members, etc.
Adhere to project contract document changes and Rosendin change order notice-to-proceed policies.

Advanced abilities in reading and interpreting electrical plans and specifications with in-depth knowledge of the NFPA codes.
Demonstrated track record of successful project leadership with experience managing sub-Foremen.
Capable of managing any type of private or public sector electrical construction project including new construction, tenant improvements, etc.
Solid understanding of the electrical codes and installation methods.
Well-versed in the installation of power systems: lighting, fire protection, security and data networks.
Knowledgeable regarding the build, installation and maintenance of control panels

Experience in verifying the compliance and functionality of installations.

The Senior Workforce Development Trainer supports employee growth by delivering training programs and workshops for both field and office staff. Topics typically include supervisory skills, work readiness, team collaboration, and communication. This role requires a strong understanding of business needs and subject matter expertise.
The Senior WFD Trainer monitors training effectiveness through performance outcomes and reports to a manager. This is a senior level employee development role that has an advanced understanding and can anticipate business needs. They direct new training program design and analyze session feedback to make recommendations for improvement to content and presentations. They have subject matter expertise in a particular subject, training program, or function of the company and are a trusted partner to the business. They mentor WFD Trainers and Associate WFD Trainers.
The Workforce Development program focuses on field employee success and is structured around four key areas: Recruitment, Onboarding, Skills Training, and Leadership Development, with intentional overlap to support office-based teams.
Recruitment
Organizes and attends local job and career fairs.
Coordinates recruitment efforts with Marketing and Business Development teams.
Processes field applications submitted via rosendin.com/electricians
Interviews and assesses field applicants, providing next steps (e.g., referral to local union halls).
Aligns hiring needs with local union representatives.
Explores and engages with local and national recruitment programs.
Onboarding
Designs onboarding program content and duration based on local needs assessments.
Coordinates onboarding materials with Corporate Learning & Development and Safety departments.
Facilitates onboarding sessions focused on culture, safety, and skills.
Administers written and hands-on skills assessments.
Manages DocuSign paperwork for new hires.
Skills Training
Delivers hands-on training modules for various classifications (e.g., conduit bending, MC cable installation, terminations).
Facilitates basic skills training for new industry entrants, focusing on safe and proper tool/material use.
Leads bootcamp-style sessions for sub-journeyman level employees.

Coordinates and/or facilitates:

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Proven work experience in a training or similar role is preferred.

The Senior Workforce Development Trainer supports employee growth by delivering training programs and workshops for both field and office staff. Topics typically include supervisory skills, work readiness, team collaboration, and communication. This role requires a strong understanding of business needs and subject matter expertise.
The Senior WFD Trainer monitors training effectiveness through performance outcomes and reports to a manager. This is a senior level employee development role that has an advanced understanding and can anticipate business needs. They direct new training program design and analyze session feedback to make recommendations for improvement to content and presentations. They have subject matter expertise in a particular subject, training program, or function of the company and are a trusted partner to the business. They mentor WFD Trainers and Associate WFD Trainers.
The Workforce Development program focuses on field employee success and is structured around four key areas: Recruitment, Onboarding, Skills Training, and Leadership Development, with intentional overlap to support office-based teams.
Recruitment
Organizes and attends local job and career fairs.
Coordinates recruitment efforts with Marketing and Business Development teams.
Processes field applications submitted via rosendin.com/electricians
Interviews and assesses field applicants, providing next steps (e.g., referral to local union halls).
Aligns hiring needs with local union representatives.
Explores and engages with local and national recruitment programs.
Onboarding
Designs onboarding program content and duration based on local needs assessments.
Coordinates onboarding materials with Corporate Learning & Development and Safety departments.
Facilitates onboarding sessions focused on culture, safety, and skills.
Administers written and hands-on skills assessments.
Manages DocuSign paperwork for new hires.
Skills Training
Delivers hands-on training modules for various classifications (e.g., conduit bending, MC cable installation, terminations).
Facilitates basic skills training for new industry entrants, focusing on safe and proper tool/material use.
Leads bootcamp-style sessions for sub-journeyman level employees.
Leadership Development
Coordinates and/or facilitates:
Foreman Development Series
Field supervision training
App-based and software-based training
Customizes training content to meet local needs.
Promotes the Rosendin Field Operations Manual and internal processes.
Coordinates with external consultants or vendors for specialized training.
General Workforce Development Support
Promote Rosendin culture, core values, mission statement, and vision
Pursue & coordinate grant & training reimbursement opportunities
Pursue & coordinate continued education credits (for class participants) as available per location
Track & report training metrics as identified by corporate training or regional leadership
Capture participant feedback on training classes via survey
Communicate upcoming schedule & direction with corporate Learning & Development Team
Participate in personal continued education & development as identified by regional management & corporate Learning & Development management
Develop new training content as needed
Participate in peer reviews of newly developed or extensively modified content
Participate in scheduled Workforce Development meetings
Assign (recommend) LinkedIn Learning paths & content to field employees
Counsel & coach struggling field employees
Connect field & office teams through joint training opportunities
May provide guidance to WFD Trainers and Associate WFD Trainers
Promote a positive community presence
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Proven work experience in a training or similar role is preferred.
Understanding of electrical construction and contracting.
Ability to speak comfortably in front of a classroom audience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to analyze business and training needs for improvement.
Experience in developing and implementing training programs is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
Generally, requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
Requires 4-6 years of related experience.
Union experience is preferred.
Instructional Design certification is preferred.
Presentation skills are preferred.
General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.
