Join our team as a Senior Project Manager where you will be responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome for several small to medium projects or one very large project. You will lead and manage a team of project managers, and assistant project managers to deliver exceptional results for our clients. The position proactively develops new business opportunities and relationships with current and potential customers.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policies. Put these in clear concise work statement for the field.
Effectively supervise a staff in the day to day administration of a job or supervise two or more Project Managers in their daily tasks.
Train and effectively supervise Project Managers in the company philosophy and systems
Negotiate and supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project

The Safety Manager administers project safety programs to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. They may be responsible for one project or multiple small projects. The Senior Estimator is responsible for preparing and completing bid/submittal documents and cost estimates for electrical construction projects. The Senior Estimator is the Lead Estimator for projects and works with other Estimators, suppliers, and customers to complete the estimate.
Prepare estimate from quantity take-off on project and complete estimate to computer printout.
Identify parts of project that may be key to making a competitive estimate.
Review proposal specifications, drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.
Evaluate areas for potential value engineering cost savings.
Provide leadership to personnel preparing discipline sub estimates for assigned bids.
Ensure all working documents and data are maintained to back-up estimate figures.
Develop labor productivity and (installation unit costs where applicable) based on projected site conditions and historical data.
Prepare detailed listing of material and equipment items for the estimate and to obtain quotes.
Identify qualified suppliers/subcontractors and be responsible for soliciting quotes. Review quotes for completeness and conformance with plans and specs.
Responsible for the timely completion of all client-required documents.
Draft scope/proposal letters for bid and negotiated projects.
Prior to the issuing of the formal bid package, provide the Chief Estimator with a detailed review of scope, technical requirements, and pricing for the estimated bid package.
After the successful bid at project turnover, meet with the Project Management departments to fully explain job scope, potential areas of attention and other aspects for the successful transition of the project.

The Project Executive is responsible for providing leadership and oversight for the strategic as well as the day-to-day operations for all Construction, Project Management and Project Administration activities. The Project Director is responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction, and management oversight for all project functions. This role supports a single project or portfolio of projects in excess of $150 million per year. As a senior manager, the Project Director operates with significant autonomy and minimal supervision, focusing on leadership and strategic direction with a specific customer or industry. Additionally, the Project Director plays a key role in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
Flexibility and Development Focus:
This position is designed with flexibility in mind, supporting both leadership development and operational agility. If there is no need to maintain an independent division for a project as things evolve or wind down and advancement opportunities are not immediately available, the company reserves the right to reassign the Project Director to another team, location or project as a Project Executive (PX), based on business needs and individual readiness. The Estimator I is a salaried, entry-level position that assists in preparing bid documents and cost estimates for electrical construction projects. The Estimator I has limited discretion to vary from established procedures when assembling construction costs by collecting and studying information to learn how to bid on a project. The Estimator I works under general supervision and provides overall support for several small to medium projects.
Review proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.
Receives instructions from senior-level estimators to review proposal specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work and requirements.
Using established procedures to prepare estimates by calculating the complete takeoff of the scope of work and entering them into the computer estimating system; review the estimate printout for accuracy and completeness.
Work with existing suppliers and subcontractors to solicit quotes and review quotes for completeness in relation to plans and specifications.
Work with senior-level estimators to provide the Lead Estimator,Estimating Manager, and/or Chief Estimator a detailed review of the scope, technical requirements, and pricing for the estimated bid package.
Contributes to the timely completion of all client-required documents.

The Procurement Team Lead will manage a work group responsible for the procurement of engineered equipment, commodities, permanent plant materials, and small tools and supplies. This position is a ‘working manager' role that will execute contractual obligations while providing oversight, support, and mentorship to Procurement Agents and Sr. Procurement Agents.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Monitor, evaluate, and mentor working team on meeting or exceeding performance goals and expectations.

The Procurement Team Lead will manage a work group responsible for the procurement of engineered equipment, commodities, permanent plant materials, and small tools and supplies. This position is a ‘working manager' role that will execute contractual obligations while providing oversight, support, and mentorship to Procurement Agents and Sr. Procurement Agents.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Monitor, evaluate, and mentor working team on meeting or exceeding performance goals and expectations.
Ensure team is complying with procurement policies and procedures and is in strict adherence to documentation requirements.
Oversee and plan all aspects of procurement from pre-bid closeout.
Effectively manage people and projects within assigned Region to pursue cost savings opportunities, while implementing and adhering to process standardization efficiencies.
Provide coaching and mentoring to staff personnel as required and provide performance evaluation input to Regional Procurement Manager.
Support estimating department by contacting suppliers for budgetary quotations for materials and equipment in the preparation of bids.
Represent company in contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
Negotiate terms and conditions with equipment and material, while consulting with corporate attorneys and senior management project and risk while commercial competitiveness.
Monitor and oversee execution of the competitive bid process via Request for Proposals (RFP) or Request for Quotes (RFQ) for their team.
Responsible for the qualification and evaluation process for suppliers of materials and equipment.
Lead aggregated sourcing events across regions as needed to drive procurement value on behalf of Rosendin Electric (REI).
Collaborate with the Center of Excellence on larger category strategy initiatives geared toward increasing REI margin and enhancing process efficiencies.
Review all internal/external metrics for our suppliers, procurement, and operations to ensure targets are being met, and engage with Regional Procurement Manager to identify the root cause and mitigation actions to address any deficiency gaps.
Ensure recommended awards are in accordance with the approved decision model and Delegation of Authority to ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
Ensure that mutually beneficial relationships are in place with suppliers through Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
Provide feedback assist in analyzing market and delivery systems assess present and future material availability.
Communicate and enforce procurement policies and procedures.
Responsible for projections financial planning,delivery schedules and procurement reporting.
Responsible for the development and review of all procurement analytics, reporting and deliverables.
Oversee the development and implementation of procurement and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
Oversee the projections, financial planning, delivery schedules and reporting.
Review materials for accuracy upon receipt, and oversee material review process. Enter documentation into purchasing system.
Review and approve invoices.with vendor and A/P resolve invoice problems.
Oversee the development and use of 3rd-party Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA).
Oversee the return material ensure proper and timely credit to the project
