The Senior Preconstruction Manager is responsible for preparing major projects for Operations with the capabilities and personality to develop new business opportunities by building relationships with general contractors, consultants, trade partners, and owners. This role will primarily focus on design-build and may also include engineered jobs including overseeing the Pre-Construction Managers activities
Maintain a thorough project details list that includes bridging documents, design and/or drawing updates, through pricing and proposal submission
Strategically plan and organize the design of the project, including attending client design meetings to review cost savings and construct-ability.
Understand the company's philosophy and systems objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within the boundaries of corporate policies.
Maintain liaison with the design team and operations until the project is awarded. Successful hand off of the project to Operations team. Supervise the preparation of all pricing quotations for presentation to the prime customer.
Actively manage the workload, professional development, and client development skills of the preconstruction staff
Analyze available preconstruction personnel and make specific project assignments to meet the pursuit
During preconstruction, manage the financial aspects of contracts to protect the company's interest while maintaining good relationships with the clients

The Safety Manager administers project safety programs to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. They may be responsible for one project or multiple small projects. This role would report to a Senior Safety Manager or Regional Safety Director and potentially manage Safety Coordinators and Field Safety Specialists. Join our team as a Senior Project Manager where you will be responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome for several small to medium projects or one very large project. You will lead and manage a team of project managers, and assistant project managers to deliver exceptional results for our clients. The position proactively develops new business opportunities and relationships with current and potential customers.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policies. Put these in clear concise work statement for the field.
Effectively supervise a staff in the day to day administration of a job or supervise two or more Project Managers in their daily tasks.
Train and effectively supervise Project Managers in the company philosophy and systems
Negotiate and supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project
Maintain all logs required to track the progress of the project.
Train and effectively supervise a Project Assistant in the maintenance of project required tracking devices.
Maintain liaison with prime client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.

The Senior Workforce Development Trainer supports employee growth by delivering training programs and workshops for both field and office staff. Topics typically include supervisory skills, work readiness, team collaboration, and communication. This role requires a strong understanding of business needs and subject matter expertise.
The Senior WFD Trainer monitors training effectiveness through performance outcomes and reports to a manager. This is a senior level employee development role that has an advanced understanding and can anticipate business needs. They direct new training program design and analyze session feedback to make recommendations for improvement to content and presentations. They have subject matter expertise in a particular subject, training program, or function of the company and are a trusted partner to the business. They mentor WFD Trainers and Associate WFD Trainers.
The Workforce Development program focuses on field employee success and is structured around four key areas: Recruitment, Onboarding, Skills Training, and Leadership Development, with intentional overlap to support office-based teams.
Recruitment
Organizes and attends local job and career fairs.
Coordinates recruitment efforts with Marketing and Business Development teams.

Aligns hiring needs with local union representatives.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Proven work experience in a training or similar role is preferred.

The Project Director is responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction, and management oversight for all project functions. This role supports a single project or portfolio of projects in excess of $150 million per year. As a senior manager, the Project Director operates with significant autonomy and minimal supervision, focusing on leadership and strategic direction with a specific customer or industry. Additionally, the Project Director plays a key role in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
Flexibility and Development Focus:
This position is designed with flexibility in mind, supporting both leadership development and operational agility. If there is no need to maintain an independent division for a project as things evolve or wind down and advancement opportunities are not immediately available, the company reserves the right to reassign the Project Director to another team, location or project as a Project Executive (PX), based on business needs and individual readiness. Alternative assignments may also be considered. Communication of reassignment will be discussed upfront prior to reassignment.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within the boundaries of corporate policy.
Provide oversight in the areas of client management, procedural issues, financial and reporting issues, and workforce planning and analysis.
Plan, staff, and supervise all project activities including personnel administration, performance management and review, defining functions, responsibilities, etc.
Ensure positive cash-flow position for the project(s).
Owns cost at close (CAC) and revenue forecast meetings for the project.
Maintain a complete knowledge of the status of all projects.
Instill and promote a "win-win" attitude with the Project Managers to ensure successful, profitable work for the company as well as a satisfied customer.
Coordinate efforts with Business Development Group.
Focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Represent the company/project in meetings with clients.
Monitor overall quantity and quality of work performed by the Project team.
Maintain regular positive interface with General and/or Area Superintendent as it relates to the availability of Field Resources, Quality Control, Safety, and Cost at Completion for Project(s).
Coordinate job reviews and ensure adherence to Rosendin business processes.
Interface with finance department as it relates to monthly revenue forecast, claims preparation, and job site support.

The Project Director is responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction, and management oversight for all project functions. This role supports a single project or portfolio of projects in excess of $150 million per year. As a senior manager, the Project Director operates with significant autonomy and minimal supervision, focusing on leadership and strategic direction with a specific customer or industry. Additionally, the Project Director plays a key role in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
Flexibility and Development Focus:
This position is designed with flexibility in mind, supporting both leadership development and operational agility. If there is no need to maintain an independent division for a project as things evolve or wind down and advancement opportunities are not immediately available, the company reserves the right to reassign the Project Director to another team, location or project as a Project Executive (PX), based on business needs and individual readiness. Alternative assignments may also be considered. Communication of reassignment will be discussed upfront prior to reassignment.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within the boundaries of corporate policy.
Provide oversight in the areas of client management, procedural issues, financial and reporting issues, and workforce planning and analysis.
Plan, staff, and supervise all project activities including personnel administration, performance management and review, defining functions, responsibilities, etc.
Ensure positive cash-flow position for the project(s).
Owns cost at close (CAC) and revenue forecast meetings for the project.
Maintain a complete knowledge of the status of all projects.
Instill and promote a "win-win" attitude with the Project Managers to ensure successful, profitable work for the company as well as a satisfied customer.
Coordinate efforts with Business Development Group.
Focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Represent the company/project in meetings with clients.
Monitor overall quantity and quality of work performed by the Project team.
Maintain regular positive interface with General and/or Area Superintendent as it relates to the availability of Field Resources, Quality Control, Safety, and Cost at Completion for Project(s).
Coordinate job reviews and ensure adherence to Rosendin business processes.
Interface with finance department as it relates to monthly revenue forecast, claims preparation, and job site support.

Advanced knowledge of all aspects of construction required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrates record of successful project management in complex situations.
Effective organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
Accurate, detail oriented, dependable and punctual.
Minimum 15+ years extensive experience in the construction industry managing large scale projects and people.
Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
Can be a combination of training, education and relevant work experience that is equivalent.
50% - 100%
General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.
