The SVP for the COE of systems integration and deployment will report to the Regional President but will also collaborate with the SVPs within the regions as well as the President of National Accounts and its SVPs. The two main objectives for this role are: First, bring a unified approach and best practices to our existing systems P&Ls, and establish a COE that is scalable to become a national solution for customers.
Second, start up new P&Ls in areas that have the strategic opportunity to fill gaps or enter new markets for a sustainable business. The main driver is ensuring enterprise-wide diversification that is adaptable to different geographical and vertical regions to differentiate us in markets that drive sustainability.
Strategic COE Leadership and Oversight:
Analyze and unify best practices that apply across all systems, including Business Development, Engineering and Integration, Estimating, as well as key supply chain strategies and relationships.
Develop and lead peer meetings to help unify approaches and lessons learned across the organization.
Develop and maintain a Pre-Con team focused on national accounts and/or major vertical support.
Provide guidance and mentorship for regional systems P&L leaders specific to running their business.
Developing and integrating the overall Systems strategy into the enterprise strategy by developing a structure that maintains a strong COE while allowing regional P&L's the ability to run their business.
Build and start up new P&Ls in strategic markets and/or verticals:
Partner with regional or vertical leads to identify key strategic opportunities to start new P&Ls that support the company's strategy.
Build a business plan for new opportunities and markets
Champion building the teams needed to operate the business through either key hire or acquisitions to execute to the Rosendin standards
Track key metrics such as success ratios and variances to drive ongoing improvements and align with broader goals
Manage Preconstruction from early studies and site due diligence to initial planning, making sure projects start strong and meet client needs right from the get-go.
Lead high-level client interactions, sealing deals and nurturing partnerships for ongoing work, while leveraging regional resources for on-the-ground market intelligence.

Understands estimating strategies and cost required to be successful
Has built up and run a successful business for at least 10 years of size
Has been part of acquisitions
20+ years of progressive experience in Operations Systems Integration and national deployment.
Bachelor's or graduate degree in Business Management, Engineering, Systems or other applicable discipline.
Track record of developing and successfully executing Operations/Systems Integration and initiatives at high-growth, innovative companies with a multi-location workforce (500+ employees).
Thoughtful communicator and presenter, an active listener, with experience interacting with a variety of audiences inside and outside an organization. Able to act as a spokesperson for the company and industry.
Previous experience in change management, building programs and initiatives, and project management.
Prior experience in construction and/or manufacturing industry is a plus.
