The Vendor Managed Inventory Team Lead will manage a work group responsible for the procurement of engineered equipment, commodities, permanent plant materials, and small tools and supplies. This position is a ‘working manager' role that will execute contractual obligations while providing oversight, support, and mentorship to Procurement Agents and Sr. Procurement Agents
Monitor, evaluate, and mentor working team on meeting or exceeding performance goals and expectations.

The Program Manager serves as the strategic interface between our programmatic level customers and the organization, guiding complex programs across the full product life cycle with clarity and accountability. The Senior Corporate Counsel will report directly to the Vice President, General Counsel, and is responsible for providing legal counsel and risk management services for the company. This position will advise and represent the company in legal matters and transactions to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Identify and creatively address potential legal issues and drive the company's overall strategic plan.
Prepare and negotiate design and construction agreements, as well as other legal documents such as confidentiality agreements, leases, joint venture/teaming agreements, supply/procurement contracts and IP/license agreements.
Provide counseling on complex risk management, dispute resolution and project management issues.
Resolve issues that arise during the development of a project.
Oversee outside counsel and effectively manage disputes and litigation, including where appropriate negotiated resolutions.
Prepare and conduct training sessions on legal/risk management matters.
Advise and oversee corporate transactional matters - i.e., stock programs, acquisitions, etc.
Assist in business decision-making such as evaluating new opportunities, budgeting and hiring practices.

The Project Manager III - MPS is a subject matter expert level Project Management position responsible for managing large-sized projects of more advanced complexity, creating detailed project plans and collaborating on tasks with team members while tracking progress, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and monitoring the completion of projects timelines, within budget. The Project Manager III answers client queries, addresses technical and contract questions as well as identifying new business opportunities among existing customers. The Corporate Counsel will report directly to the Vice President, General Counsel, and is responsible for providing legal counsel and risk management services for the company. This position will advise and represent the company in legal matters and transactions to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Identify and creatively address legal issues to effectively manage risk and drive the company's overall strategic objectives.
Prepare and negotiate design and construction agreements, as well as other legal documents such as confidentiality agreements, leases, joint venture/teaming agreements, supply/procurement contracts and IP/license agreements.
Provide counseling on complex risk management, dispute resolution and project management issues. Interface directly with external clients and internal stakeholders.
Resolve issues that arise during the development of a project.
Oversee outside counsel and effectively manage disputes and litigation, including where appropriate negotiated resolutions.
Prepare and conduct training sessions on legal/risk management matters.
Assist in business decision-making such as evaluating new opportunities, budgeting and hiring practices.
Evaluate, inter alia, licensure requirements and labor requirements, and ensure company compliance.

The HSE Specialist I is an entry-level professional safety position. The HSE Specialist I is an entry-level professional safety position. It is a field-based position and supports the implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs by collaborating with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and customer representatives. Assists in site inspections, hazard identification, incident investigations, training, and compliance documentation to promote a safe work environment. Contributes to planning, audits, and safety initiatives to align with company and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with internal teams, client representatives, regulatory agencies, and medical facilities to maintain effective working relationships.
Support and promote the company's safety program and local incident prevention initiatives to reduce risk behaviors.
Assist in implementing project based-safety programs aligned with strategic goals.
Contributes to pre-task planning and job site safety meetings.
Help prepare and deliver safety meetings and training to enhance hazard awareness.
Contribute to the development and review of job hazard analyses to identify risks and control measures.
Support incident, near-miss, and claim investigations and communications.
