The Project Accountant is the lead person to support onsite project accounting. As an integral part of the Project team the Project Accountant will provide financial services to the Project including Contract review, Billings, Work-in-Place Reporting, Subcontractor and General Condition payments, and Cash Reporting. The position acts as a consultant to each Project Manager, our internal customers. Project assignment may be in the main office or on a construction jobsite.
Lead team effort to prepare and post monthly progress billings.
Ensure adherence to all contractual billing requirements.
Review and approve proposed changes to budgets resulting from approved change orders or otherwise at Project Management discretion.
Ensure Productivity Rate tracking spreadsheets are up to date and distributed weekly.
Prepare cash position/projection analysis.
Periodically audit billings on projects to ensure all cost has been submitted for payment.
Ensure subcontractor progress billings are posted in accounting software, facilitate workflow for approval.
Assist operations to prepare monthly cost at completion estimates.
Facilitate monthly cost at completion review meeting with Operations and Finance.

Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, security, and reliable operation of Enterprise level servers, appliances, storage systems, and peripherals. Microsoft 365, AWS and VMware Administration is a plus.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Implementation, configuration, coordination, control, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, usage monitoring and the development of specialized system procedures.
Performs basic systems administration functions, including managing profiles and accounts, monitors and manages system resources, including CPU, memory and disk usage; performs systems backups and recovery procedures.
Writes or modifies basic scripts to resolve specific issues or problems; maintains system documentation and logs.
Performs or assists in troubleshooting and diagnosing production system problems.

YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:
Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, security, and reliable operation of Enterprise level servers, appliances, storage systems, and peripherals. Microsoft 365, AWS and VMware Administration is a plus.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Implementation, configuration, coordination, control, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, usage monitoring and the development of specialized system procedures.
Performs basic systems administration functions, including managing profiles and accounts, monitors and manages system resources, including CPU, memory and disk usage; performs systems backups and recovery procedures.

The Office Payroll Manager is responsible for supervising all office payroll tasks, ensuring payrolls are processed accurately, and providing exceptional customer support for payroll inquiries. They will collaborate with other teams to resolve payroll-related issues, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Manage a team to ensure all payroll tasks are completed accurate and timely.
Provide performance evaluations and conduct regular team and one-on-one meetings.

The Office Payroll Manager is responsible for supervising all office payroll tasks, ensuring payrolls are processed accurately, and providing exceptional customer support for payroll inquiries. They will collaborate with other teams to resolve payroll-related issues, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Manage a team to ensure all payroll tasks are completed accurate and timely.
Provide performance evaluations and conduct regular team and one-on-one meetings.
Assist in training colleagues and subordinates and documenting processes.
Process and audit payroll and benefit setups and deductions.
Audit time records and make corrections or adjustments as needed.
Ensure third-party garnishments are processed in accordance with federal/state laws.
Review per diems to determine their taxability and make sure they are setup correctly.
Keep up with current payroll regulations and tax law changes and update accordingly.
Review employees' payroll results to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Collaborate with HR/Benefits on employment information, leave of absence, and benefit deductions.
Respond to employee questions and issues regarding paychecks, direct deposit, or W-2s.
Set up and update employees' tax records and make necessary adjustments.
Assists auditors by providing required payroll information.
Work with internal or external IT to fix errors and provide business requirements.
Assist with testing new and updated functionalities for existing and new software programs.
Keep accurate control and distribution of payroll-related reports and payments.
Responsible for costing to GL transfer processes and assisting in related month-end closing activities.

5+ years experience managing teams.
Payroll multi-state tax knowledge preferred.

The Director of Procurement, Center of Excellence is responsible for developing category strategies in support of our regional offices sourcing everything from switchgear and lighting packages to raw copper and conduit. You'll transform our procurement team from a series of local transactions into a national strategic advantage. This leader is the driving force for creating standards for our ‘go-to-market' strategies and overall management our supplier KPI's and Service Level Agreements (SLA's) to continually drive for efficiencies and cost reductions on behalf of our operating units and our customers. The CoE team should act as an incubator that nurtures, cultivates and develops high performers who then feed into the supply chain organization., ‘upskilling' and training the broader team to build our bench strength for succession planning.
Consolidate spend across all regions to leverage our national scale with major manufacturers and distributors.
Expand and monitor supplier relationships that allow us to optimize supplier incentive programs that support our margin growth moving forward.
Develop strategies to manage price volatility in copper, aluminum, and steel to protect project margins.
Manage a rigorous supplier qualification process for specialty vendors/manufacturers to ensure they meet our safety, quality, and financial viability standards
Maintain executive-level relationships with our tier 1 suppliers to minimize disruptions and maintain open communication during turbulent market conditions.
Implement KPI's and quarterly business reviews for national distributors focusing on ‘on-time, in-full' delivery to job sites.
Monitor Supplier Market Intelligence to inform the broader procurement team on potential supply chain risks that could impact our operational performance.
Lead training initiatives across the procurement operations group to continue to mature and elevate our skillsets in supporting operations.

10+ years of professional experience specifically in procurement, contract management, project management or related role

The Director of Procurement, Center of Excellence is responsible for developing category strategies in support of our regional offices sourcing everything from switchgear and lighting packages to raw copper and conduit. You'll transform our procurement team from a series of local transactions into a national strategic advantage. This leader is the driving force for creating standards for our ‘go-to-market' strategies and overall management our supplier KPI's and Service Level Agreements (SLA's) to continually drive for efficiencies and cost reductions on behalf of our operating units and our customers. The CoE team should act as an incubator that nurtures, cultivates and develops high performers who then feed into the supply chain organization., ‘upskilling' and training the broader team to build our bench strength for succession planning.
Consolidate spend across all regions to leverage our national scale with major manufacturers and distributors.
Expand and monitor supplier relationships that allow us to optimize supplier incentive programs that support our margin growth moving forward.
Develop strategies to manage price volatility in copper, aluminum, and steel to protect project margins.
Manage a rigorous supplier qualification process for specialty vendors/manufacturers to ensure they meet our safety, quality, and financial viability standards
Maintain executive-level relationships with our tier 1 suppliers to minimize disruptions and maintain open communication during turbulent market conditions.
Implement KPI's and quarterly business reviews for national distributors focusing on ‘on-time, in-full' delivery to job sites.
Monitor Supplier Market Intelligence to inform the broader procurement team on potential supply chain risks that could impact our operational performance.
Lead training initiatives across the procurement operations group to continue to mature and elevate our skillsets in supporting operations.
Oversee our Procurement tech stack to streamline the operational efficiencies gained through better data and tools in procurement execution.

10+ years of professional experience specifically in procurement, contract management, project management or related role
Demonstrates leadership and ability to work well with others, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with Rosendin staff and vendors.
